   I can’t always get to the groomer. I can feel confident in trimming my sweet little Maltese, because these are made well and are sharp.

   Fine scissors for home-grooming.
   I take my mini poodle in for professional grooming a couple times a year, and in between I wash and groom her myself. The professional grooming trips are so people who know what they’re doing can give her hair the correct shape, and then I just have to maintain the shapes the rest of the time. I had another set of dog grooming scissors, but one of the curved scissors seems to need sharpening (I don’t have a scissors sharpener), so I thought I’d give this new set a try.The curved trimmers worked well for the little bit of shaping I had to do, but I wish this set had included both left AND right curved trimmers like my last set had. Having scissors that only curve one way requires a lot of awkward bending and maneuvering around the dog that aren’t necessary when I have both left and right-curved trimmers.I haven’t used either of the thinning shears yet, as I’ve been able to do what I needed to with just the curved trimmers (albeit with a lot of moving and positioning). The scissors were sharp and the cuts were accurate without pulling on my dog’s hair, so I think this set will last long enough for occasional home-grooming use, which is why I got them.

   Keep Looking
   This set of dog grooming scissors looks beautiful. It comes with a comb and a nice pouch for storing all the items. The problem is, with use the scissors will not maintain the sharp blade. I ordered these to see if the sets had improved. I paid as much for one good pair of scissors as I did for this kit. You will pay for quality. I bought one pair of straight scissors and waited a couple of months to purchase the straight set of scissors. I finally got the thinning scissors and was satisfied. I have a couple of hundred dollars in three pairs of scissors and this is about what you will pay for good ones. It would be nice if they were cheaper but to last, you will pay. Better invest in a good set of scissors and quit buying them. I wish I could recommend something cheaper because I like to save money as much as the next person. That is why I ordered the kit. I have not ordered any scissors in four or five years. The high dollar ones are still just as sharp as when purchased.

   Very nice quality set
   I have a double coated dog who is prone to matting in his haunches and I needed a good set of grooming shears to clean up the matts as well as tidying up the long fur on his paws. The curved shears allowed me to get a really nice shape and get close to his body without risking any nicks and the metal comb does a great job of removing the chunks of his blown coat. I am very happy with this set and the sharp precision of the blades and my dog is happy to no longer have matts that can pull and irritate his skin. Very worthwhile and something I’d absolutely recommend.

   Good Quality Grooming Scissor Set.
   I have been grooming my dog at home and have always wanted curved scissors for a professional finish. I was excited to get the CITYWISH Dog Grooming Scissors set and I am very please with the quality and items included in this kit.I mainly enjoyed the curved scissors getting in around the jaw area for a nice clean curved more rounded finish. My dog is Shih-Tzu, so this set works well on his long hair, I am now learning to use the other fishbone scissors included in the kit, also, the comb is a nice touch and combs the hair neatly and evenly for the next pass with the scissors. I love the quality of this set as well as the stainless steel which cleans up well. This set also includes the case to keep everything neatly stored.This is a great quality groom ing set, I highly recommend this set for professional grooming at home.

   Very Sharp, Nice Cutting!
   This set of dog grooming sheers comes in its own carry case. The pros – the scissors cut beautifully and are nice and sharp. I love the weight of them – not too heavy, but weighty enough that you know not only are you using a nice pair of sheers, but, you also have excellent balance as well. I have been grooming my dogs for years as they so hate the groomer and one has big dog anxiety and hates being around large dogs (he was badly bitten by a big dog – hence the fear). I have ordered many pairs of these curved blenders/thinners over the years and was disappointed every time. I am happy, VERY happy to say, these are excellent and work extremely well. I really like that the tops are blunt – when you have wiggly dogs, a must. It also comes with an adjustment key and cleaning cloth. The comb is also very nice and will work very well on my fluffiest dog. The only thing I wish was a little different and its so minor as to be a non issue – the case could be a little deeper. Given the curve of the sheers, it should be a little deeper to make closing the case easier. All in all an excellent set and very happy to recommend.

   AWESOME Set ⭐️
   I ordered this grooming scissor set for my Australian Shepherd pup. She’s getting to the age where I’d need a larger set of trimming scissors to manage her leg, ear, and bum fur. This set has been perfect for cleaning up her fur, and is incredibly sharp. The comb is helpful in grabbing fur and guiding my trims, It comes with a really nice case to keep the set stored in, and is overall a really lovely product. It’s weighted nicely as well! I absolutely can recommend this set!
