Great very very well made and doggo actually did not hate it! At all!
This item is white amazing. Our old doggo has a tumour that swings udder like and pulls on her side constantly. It cannot be removed without major complications but makes life pretty uncomfortable due to its weight and placement. This lil outfit is super, we had to wear it upside down to ensure it held the dangling growth like a sports bra. Our elderly Belgian shepherd didnât hate it because she actually got relief. It was easy to get on and easier to get off. So, in our photos sheâs wearing it upside down in the photos, thatâs why it looks like she has some cleavage, it would come up to the collar area normally. It has a place for everything and they can even wear it outside to go to the yard bathroom for girl and boy dog parts. We had to get a 3xxxl because her chest is so thiq and it is quite loose around d her old lady dog hips, but with the little (good quality) plastic snaps that run along the entire length of the coat, you can kinda customize how it falls and we just tied it in a knot where it hung too low. I think if she was in the athletic condition of her youth, a smaller size would be made. This is not an item retrofitted for a dog, this item is specifically made and made very very well for good dogs. Itâs outstanding and soft and comfy and not too hot, because they canât sweat, it sorta feels like modell sheets or bamboo sheets, itâs silky and stretchy and lovely. I was surprised she didnât hate it. She hated anything like a Halloween costume or shirt I put on her once but not this. Itâs super. The size I got would fit a Great Dane and while Malinois are smaller than German shepherds, their chests are really stout. The length was too long but this wasnât a problem due to the construction of the material. She had no tightness at any of the four leg holes or the tail holeOne thing Iâd recommend would be to maybe list some breeds of dogs by each size for some reference but I also think this could be confusing because of what I just said about having to go up many sizes more than expected.

Awesome product
My pup had surgery yesterday and this has been an awesome suit. Went up a size to make sure it fit and it fits her perfectly. Sheâs been in it all day and sheâs very comfortable. Itâs great because we got snow yesterday and today and keeps the incision clean and dry. Donât have to worry about taking it on and off when she goes out to pee or poop. She can just go do her thing. Would highly recommend!! She weighs 22 lbs and we ordered a large!

Works well but sizing is odd
I have a Pyrenees/Husky mix puppy (9 months) who was recently spay and I needed something other than the cone or donut. This worked quite well for the 2 weeks needed.Due to her size, I ordered the 3XL and the length and leg holes fit perfectly, however there was quite a bit of excess around her abdomen. Fortunately this did not seem to bother her and she did not squirm much when removing or putting on. That last part was VERY helpful because as another review mentioned – there are a TON of snaps and while it may take a minute to snap every single one on the 3XL, I do like how secure that seemed to make the garment. The best part was that she was able to do all of her business without me having to remove any piece of it!The material felt lightweight, but I could tell on 60+ degree weather days she did not enjoy being outside much but due to her breed, she already has a double coat to start.Overall I am pleased with my purchase, only removed a star due to fit and my mixed feelings about the snaps. I do recommend buying more than one if you can so you have one for them to wear while washing (machine wash for me no issues) the other.

It dose the trick but size is an issue.
My dog Gino had a complicated hernia surgery and wearing the cone for 2 weeks 24/7 was a problem. After going by the size chart, I originally ordered the medium size (blue strip) for my 12lb Chihuahua/Terrier mix. It was a little loose fitting but it did the trick. It prevented him for licking the incision and it didnât rub against his stitches. After 2 weeks the doctor removed the stitches and we were instructed to continue to wear the suit for another 2 weeks. I ordered the small size (camouflage) and found it way too to small. The material is stretchy so it was a struggle to get it on Gino. Iâm returning the small size and keeping the medium. Since his incision goes all the way down his abdomen I did not cut the hole for his penis. I simply remove the suit and put a cone on him when he goes outside. As you know, dogs come in all sizes and shapes so itâs hard for these dog apparel companies to fit all dogs all the time with only 5 or 6 sizes to choose from. I totally recommend it .WELL WORTH IT for comfort and price over the cone.

Better than a cone but wish it had a better closure
Doggo had a wound that needed a couple of weeks to heal and wanted to avoid cone so tried this. Matched sizing chart and fit well and worked for purpose. I would only change the closure, which is snap buttons – 22 snap buttons. Tiny snap buttons.Maybe you’ll enjoy wrestling your wriggling dog while snapping 22 tiny little buttons shut but I would have preferred Velcro or some kind of more flexible closure system, If you or a friend are handy with a sewing machine, it would probably be simple to add a Velcro strip.Once you have the 22 buttons closed, the vest works well for purpose – dog can eat, drink, do his #1 (see note) and #2 thing, etc and is more comfortable than with a cone. Have a backup because you might need to wash it. My dog got used to it the first day and when I would take it off sometimes to clean it, he seemed to want me to put it back on.Also – sizing is very important if you have a male dog. Measure very carefully, as the dog’s #1 system will soak the vest if you order too large a model.
