Nice gate but a bit bulky to move around

Very nice versatile option.
This is a very nice play pen, barrier, fencing, gate or anything else you may need to use this for. The panels are versatile and can be used in a variety of shapes for a variety of situations. The eight mesh and metal panels are heavy duty and stable. The barrier can be used indoors or outdoors for kids or pets. The unit is easy to set up and can be broken down and stored just as fast. If you need an option that is adjustable to variable needs this is better than a basic play pen or standalone baby gate. This is built to last for years.

Not heat resistant
We purchased this “heat resistant” gate to put around a gas fireplace to avoid our dog’s accidentally catching their tails on fire. We kept it at a safe distance (or so we thought) away from the heat source. We began noticing black soot everywhere in our house and could not figure out where it was coming from. We finally caught the heat resistant mesh smoking. The photo of this gate used near a fireplace is false advertising. Do not use this product near a heat source.

Great standalone playpen
My baby is super mobile now and she won’t go in her pack and play anymore. This playpen is nice and fits right on our foam play mat, so it gives her a larger spot to wander. My toddler will also go inside to play with her, which is a plus. The only thing is I have to lift him in and out since there’s no gate. A lot of gates work this way, and it’s fine overall. This playpen comes with attachments so you can put it around things like a fireplace or the bottom of a flared staircase. I like that it’s mesh because it makes it lighter, and we can take this whole thing to the grandparents’ house if we need to. It’s very easy to setup and put away, and it doesn’t scratch the floor. Overall great versatile playpen.

Baby Proofing
The layout of my house makes it impossible to put up a small baby gate to baby proof, so this was the perfect solution. I haven’t needed to put it to use yet, since my baby can’t crawl yet. But I feel reassured knowing that I have it ready for when he’s able to. Seems like a good size for an adult to be inside with baby.

Easy Assembly; Spacious
This wide, spacious playpen has been very helpful in corralling our toddler while we work on dinner or chores. Itâs relatively quick and easy to assemble and feels sturdy and durable enough to last. I like that itâs configurable into different shapes, so weâve also been able to block off certain areas when needed, like our fireplace.Iâm a little iffy on the value. Iâve only ever owned one, very cheap plastic playpen before so Iâm not sure what the going rate is. But, $129.99 at the time of this review seems like its on the high side for what it is.
