This thing is HUGE!! I mean come on Iâm 5â3 and fit in it and room to moveð¤£. I bought this for a puppy I was going to be getting (but it fell thru). So when I couldnât cancel it we decided weâd use it for my senior doxie but once we got it and put it together we realized itâs big enough for my sisters pitbull ð¤£! Absolutely worth every penny. My sister ordered one for her pitty. My cats enjoy laying on the top while the doxies enjoy the inside

Not the easiest to put together, but if you want a large playpen, this is one
This playpen arrives as a box of parts starting with poles that you 18×2 tent poles that you have to put together, then slide them through the right pockets and connect them all with the right plastic pieces. It’s bit slow to do, but not hard. There are directions, but they’re small, but it’s not too tricky to put together, particularly if you’ve ever put together a tent. The trickiest part is putting on the roof. It can be done alone, but it would be easier with at least two. My kittens are having a ball bouncing in and out and wrestling while I’m building it and it’s all hanging together just fine. The fabric is waterproof and feels tough, the mesh is nice and heavy and seems to stand up to a fair amount of stress. The stitching is good and heavy. There’s a zippered entry on the roof and another on one wall. You can see through the mesh on all sides and through most of the roof. It’s big enough that I can lie down in it (I’m 5’4″). It can hold up to cats and kittens fine. I’m no expert on dogs, but I believe between the metal pipes and heavy canvas and mesh, small dogs and puppies would be well contained. The one weak spot IMO is the roof. It’s not truly tied down, but held in place by how tight it wraps around the tent poles. An animal tall enough and strong enough might be able to get out because of that. From my standpoint, it will be nice for kittens as they get bigger and need more space. It also has the advantage that it can be disassembled and washed (by hand, not machine) which is always important when talking about spaces for baby animals because…well…baby animals. 🙂

Nice playpen but could be improved to be more functional.
Very large and spacious! I love that the sides are tall so even large dogs can’t jump out. It’s a great idea, but I do think it could use some improvements. My biggest critiques are:1) the bottom is not easily removable to wash if your puppy has an accident, and2) it is quite an ordeal to set up and take down. I’ve had a couple different playpens over the years that easily pop up and can be moved around. This is not at all portable. It takes about 20 minutes to set up or take down on your own so it’s really meant to just be left up in one place.If you have a large indoor space for this, and your dog is not destructive when left alone, this would work well as a safe play space! I’m afraid my great pyrenees puppies would do some damage if left unattended in this for very long. And I dread the day they have an accident in it. I will probably power wash the whole thing before I attempt to take it completely apart to wash it.

Great sized playpen!
This playpen has been a great solution for my medium-sized Corgi/Aussie mix. It gives him plenty of space to move around without feeling cramped, and I love that it’s much taller than a typical playpen, no chance of him jumping out when the top is open. The fabric is thick and durable, and the mesh allows for good airflow so he doesnât get too warm. The zippered doors are really convenient, making it easy for him to go in and out when needed.I also appreciate the removable roof, which is great for keeping him secure when I need to step away. It was surprisingly easy to set up and feels very sturdy, even with an energetic dog inside. Overall, it’s been a great way to give him a safe space indoors without having to confine him to a crate.

This spacious playpen has become a favorite spot for my two German Shepherds. My GSDs love this tent! The generous dimensions (nearly 70″ square) allow both dogs to use it simultaneously, though it does get cramped with both 100-pound dogs inside. One GSD fits comfortably with plenty of room to stretch out.The breathable, thickened fabric has held up well against my active shepherds. I appreciate the smooth-functioning zipper gate and the removable roof option, which provides flexibility between an enclosed den or open pen.For large breed owners, this works perfectly for a single dog up to 100-110 pounds or as a temporary shared space for multiple large dogs and a manion pen for smaller dogs. Well-constructed and secure, it provides a comfortable retreat that my GSDs genuinely enjoy using.
