Doesnât slide
The stairs are absolutely perfect ! Very sturdy. My 31 pound dog has no issues going up and down., and my puppy also has no issues . They went right up them the minute I set them in place. It is very important to let them decompress for the recommended 48 hours. I am very happy with my purchase.

It arrived defective. Waited 72 hours for vacuum sealed stairs to take shape but stairs were misshaped and irretrievably fractured upon inspection. Unable to return once expanded because could not fit product back once it expanded. Amazon customer service was of no help at all.

Works Okay
This was a good solution for my dog and cats. I am very happy with my purchase.The ramp did not puff up to 24 inches like the product listing states though; it only reached about 22 inches which is good because 24 inches would not have fit in the cover.The cover was a little difficult to pull over the ramp and zip up but I was able to close it properly and it looks nice.It is sturdy as long as it is pushed up against a wall, bed, or couch. It is a little wobbly if it isn’t supported on at least one side. Currently it is pushed up against my wall under our window sitting area for the animals and is also pushed up against my desk leg for a little extra stabilization.Works okay for a 9 pound dog and 13 pound cat to get in our window sitting area; it would be better if it were a little taller (for our situation) and had a bit more support.**THIS WAS NOT A FACTOR IN MY STAR RATING BUT IS GOOD INFORMATION**My friend’s 90 pound dog tried using it to get in our window but it does not support that size of dog – the foam smushed way down under her weight and the ramp became unstable. I want to be clear that she was not supposed to use the ramp. We were not expecting it to work for a large dog.

So friggin cute.
We ordered these stairs for our old kitty who was having a hard time getting up on our 4ft high bed. When I received them, I couldn’t believe how cute the paw prints were on the side of the stairs. I got the gray stairs, very tall, soft material, VERY sturdy. My cat loves them! She even lays on them for the comfort. Worth buying!

Great product!
Love it! Versatile and functional. Can be reconfigured to work in most any area. Both my elderly dogs love it too! Makes getting up on our tall bed much easier for them.

Disappointed
We were really disappointed in these stairs. They never fully came to size and never got past 18-19â in height which is not what they say in the listing. The listing is much taller.The seller was kind enough to offer a refund which we appreciate. I would not recommend buying these.

Text a lot of patients to put the sucker on.
Itâs a little bit bigger than I anticipated and I like it. However⦠It is almost impossible to put that over the foam steps. I sweat like a pig for about 20 minutes before I could finally get it in. Make sure you have a guy around to do this.
