These pens are really fun. I bought a bunch of other âfancierâ metallic pens thinking Iâd return these. But they were the clear winners as soon as I saw them, for a thank you gift for mostly older adults. They are modern, but simple & vibrant. The sayings struck the right tone for my use.Four stars bc a few too many (like 8) of the labels were a bit not scratched but maybe there was a problem when printing, or something else bc there werenât physical scratches that I saw. But I couldnât use them bc this was for ppl donating money & I wanted them to be in perfect condition. But that said, the amount of âdamageâ which isnât the right word bc it was like barely perceptible blips here & there, might not be a big deal to someone else. Like if I was using these for goody bags, or a biz âtake a penâ thing then it wouldnât have been as big of a deal at all. Also the pen protectors donât come off super easy, but thatâs prob just these type of pen protector tips. Iâll admit Iâm not used to them in general. And that itâs nice to know that pen canât be used casually by say someone just ordering them & returning them. Overall Iâd purchase them again for sure. And some people I gifted said theyâd purchase them as well for their businesses.

For the price per pen, I would still purchase again.However….these are advertised as gel pens. Sure. Some are. But many have ballpoint ink instead. I haven’t went thru them all yet, but it’s looking 50/50.The pens have super cute quotes, nice colors, easy to hold, and lightweight even tho they are large pens.All of the pens with the quotes I like most have been ballpoint.Disappointed because they are advertised as gel.Still a good buy.

The problem is that once you get a laugh out of the printed words they don’t work very well as pens. Only a short time later they began to leak ink all over. Defective pens won’t change the world for the better.
