If you have multipole dogs, this is a MUST
This is amazing for walking multipole dogs. I have walked our Rottie and our medium size dog at the same time and there are no issues at all. I have walked both our Rotties at the same time and this leash is very strong and I don’t have any issues at all. The foam on the handle is very thick. I also like that you can take the 2nd tether off and just take 1 dog for a walk as well.

Use a Caribbeaner to make sure they don’t unclip!
I love this leash. I use it with a husky, a great Pyrenees, and a sheepdog. They love being close together on their walks. I have been using this for about a year and it’s held up great. The only suggestion I have is to use a Caribbeaner to connect the three leads. When they walk the leads tend to tangle and this can cause the middle clip to open. I solved this issue by connecting all three leads to the Caribbeaner.

It will tangle
I have 4 dogs so walking them all is a hassle. This leash doesn’t have a swivel, it’s just a clip that holds onto more leashes. Poorly designed, my dogs get horribly tangled. I came back to this review to drop it as low as it could go because the clip is so flimsy that one of my dogs leashed got unclipped during a walk and he ran into the street in front of speeding cars. I came back to add on that my dogs became unclipped from the leash 5 times during 1 walk. I ended up holding the leash from the clip part. I’m throwing it in the trash. Do not buy. Shell out more money for a better one

Needs Stronger Carabiner Lock
I have yet to find a multi dog leash that does not tangle, this one included. Most leashes for 2 dogs work well because the point where the 2 leashes clip will spin and prevent tangling. Once you add a 3rd dog, it just doesn’t work. I still like them for the convenience of having only one handle to hold, but note that it WILL tangle. On our first walk with this leash, one of my dogs got loose because the carabiner opened. I was lucky all 3 didn’t take off running. The carabiner clips shut but isn’t very strong. When the dogs criss cross (and tangle) it puts pressure on the carabiner and causes it to open. This is a problem with many multi dog leashes. I used a cable tie to hook through the 3 leashes to keep them secured to the main leash (handle). I like the color. The fabric is a stretchy material but seems to be holding up so far.

Get a CARABINER leash for this
Though this is heavy duty for my huskies, the leash doesnât securely hold the smaller leashes. When tangled up, it can sometimes come loose. My dogs have gotten loose 3 times already and itâs not worth loosing a dog on the streets unless you get a locking carabiner leash.

The BEST LEASH for multiple dogs
I have 3 little dogs that love to get “all kinds of tangled up” when I tried to walk them on separate leashes, together. It was actually becoming dangerous for me because they’d wrap around my legs, criss cross in front of me and each other, etc. Individually, they are great on a leash- but to have them walk together?! It was AWFUL! I searched every online pet store and in-store and could not find what I needed in a multiple dog leash; surprisingly, Amazon was the only place I found this leash. I took my dogs to a trainer to have them learn how to walk on a leash, together, in a straight line, and not get tangled up or cause me to fall. This leash prevents any and all entanglement. It is very sturdy and well made, and my trainer LOVES it! He is now letting his other multiple dog clients know about this leash. What’s great about it is you have the one main leash that clips onto 3 separate and smaller “leashes” that attach to 1 to 3 dogs. The “clasps” can “spin” which prevents a tangled mess from happening and they can be removed if you only want to 1 or 2 dogs instead of 3 It’s truly genius how this is made! It’s so great for me to be able to walk my dogs because now they walk together without criss-crossing in front of each other and then criss-crossing in front of me and I have only on leash to hold! It’s now a great – and safe – pleasure to walk my dogs! I cannot recommend this leash strongly enough to anyone who walks more than 1 dog at a time!

All together now !!!
Being able to hook up each dog leash individually to my dogs collars, makes it easier to get them to settled before heading out the door. The leaders are strong and the clasps are of good quality and ease of use. The handle helps to keep the leash right where you want it. Leaders are also a good length to allow each dog to go their own way and still be all together. The swivel keeps them straight and comfortable. Without any tangling or twisting of the leader or leash its self. Money well spent itâs holding up great with my three dogs. Itâs getting us all together now !!!! Hope this helps someone.

Flawed design
The leashes are very strong, flexible and very visible. However, there is an important design flaw.The lower leashes attach to the main with rotatable connectors, but the all connect to a single simple hook. This means the 3 leashes become immediately tangled, defeating the purpose. Photos were after just one block.This also allows leashes to wrap around the main hook and open it, allowing one dog to escape on the same first walk.Possible solution would be to replace that main hook with some kind of flexible rotatable connector, not the small hook supplied.

The length of the leash is perfect. The handle is comfortable. Overall I really liked this leash set which allowed me to walk 3 dogs at a time. However, due to the way the 3 attachments clip onto the hook, they are able to wrap around each other and get tangled. Some improvement in that to prevent the dogs from tangling would make this a perfect option.
