The solid square, PVC lined canvas bottom will fit all MidWest Homes for Pets and New World exercise pens. This canvas bottom will fit most other metal foldable dog exercise pens as well. Adding the square canvas bottom is perfect for dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs and other pets. The solid bottom will help contain messes, fur, treats and toys. This solid bottom in the octagonal shape can only be used with the dog playpen when set-up in a square configuration. Please note the canvas bottom is sold separately. The dog playpen and top mesh sunscreen must be purchased separately from the canvas bottom. Please note, always supervise your pet while using the dog playpen or outdoor exercise pen.

Amazon Basics Playpen Compatible
As I was looking for a playpen mat for my puppy who was getting neutered, I was worried that this wouldn’t fit the Amazon Basics playpen. Thankfully it is compatible and it works perfectly. It is tight and fits very nicley. There is a slit in the outer part that connects to the playpen for the door. Which also works with the door on the Amazon Basics playpen. I ordered this the day before he got neutered and it arrived the next day. I was able to set it up in less than 10 minutes. While it is in place you can move it/turn it if needed. It is really sturdy and seems like if your dog would scratch at it that it wouldn’t tear. There really isn’t any wrinkles at the bottom, but there might be if it isn’t tightened all the way. The box looked like it had been opened.. but the product itself was in perfect condition.

One major thing about this play pen is youâre able to make it the size you want wether itâs a small square or larger , my 15 year old dog loves it and sleeps comfortably in it

Product is worth buying but some things you should know.
I love this x pen as it gives our puppy the space he needs to move about when we are busy and cannot keep an eye on him. However, there are two things that I do not particularly like about it. While these may not deter some from buying this, it is something that needs to be said for those who may not like it. When the pen is put into a square shape it doesnât hold super solidly. I needed a square shape for the area itâs placed in so I had to make it work. Thankfully our Pug puppy is tiny so he isnât able to put a whole bunch of weight on it to bend it or knock it down. If he were a larger breed I definitely see that happening! The pieces that are given to help keep the bars from bending just donât do that great of a job. I wish they held them tighter in place. But it does work ok for smaller breeds. The second issue is the canvas does seem to hold onto stains even when quickly cleaned. May not be a huge issue for some but it just irks me to see stains on the canvas as it gives the appearance of it being âdirtyâ when in fact, it isnât. Everything else, is great! Itâs definitely working for our needs and has been a huge help in letting puppy have some exercise while also being safe.

I foster and sometimes have dogs that need to be rehabbed before we can start going outside for bathroom. No matter how well I place peepads, they get moved and my floor gets hit. This keeps things contained. And helps structure the pen itself. Easy to move the whole thing around. Flap for the door is perfect.
