Great Dog Door
This is a really well-built, durable, well-working dog door and we’re pleased we chose it. The door frame is made out of a nice weight aluminum and the flap is a medium weight one with a great magnet along the bottom edge. When the door closes, it closes firmly and it took my smaller dog (26 lb.) a time or two before she learned how to open it from the bottom with her nose. It is a much better door than the other one we have between the house and the patio (this one is from the patio to the back yard). My only wish is that it had two flaps instead of one.I would highly recommend this door if you are looking for a sturdy, well-built door with one flap.

Great pet door!
I use it for my Music Room as I have to maintain a 45-50% RH level, yet allow my furbies to come in and relax while I’m playing or recording. Just installed it a couple days now, and so far controlling the RH has been much better. Unit is well made, easy to install, and includes a Cutting Template to make the installation much easier. Love it!

If I could give 0 stars I would. After 1 month, the flap fell out, and it is not possible to replace it. The screws that hold the flap grip in place broke as they are only about 1/4 inch or less in length. Amazon would not put me in touch with the seller and there is no web page or contact info. DO NOT GET THIS ITEM. I would not buy anything from this company at all.

Flimsy flap attachment
Overall the installation went well, however within a month with a 30lb puppy the flap fell off. It seems to be clamped in place by two flat bars, and tiny screws. One fell out and is lost forever, leaving our door flap unusable. This product rated for large dogs canât handle a small dog, disappointing
