Great Product
So far it holds up to my two big boys. Did have to replace the two very tiny screws with bigger more appropriate screws for their size/weight/energy level. Love the two flaps which keeps it much warmer inside.

This door is well worth the cost, since it is high quality and works great! The double door design keeps the cold out and the seal is better than any doggie door we have ever had. Highly recommend!

Overall pretty good and sturdy but flies and cold come through
The door is sturdy and the flaps close with the magnets well. Unfortunately there is a pretty good size gap on the bottom of the flaps that lets in flies and cold air. There isn’t any way to adjust the flaps so they hang tighter to the bottom to close that gap.

Awesome dog door
Works well I have a husky, a pomeranian, and a pomsky.(pictured) largest dog in have is a husky 120lbs and he fits through it just fine.

Door flaps do not hold up
Was very happy to receive this new dog door for my very large pup family. Installed the beginning of February and the flaps did not last a week. Found a replacement flap, received it and went to install and it is nearly impossible. Not sure why the 2 very small screws are holding it up and why it’s so difficult to install. Not very pleased with this product.Update: Company reached out to me and was able to make things right. Everything worked out and above all the issues I had, this company is outstanding and I would recommend them 10000%

Very sturdy Dog door
I like that the dog door has to locking panels on each side. A necessity with these crazy high winds and storms. Very durable and easy to install.

Door is good but the tunnel is still to short to go through a wall (max 8â when extended ) standard British wall 10â !! However have fitted and made to work.Need to know how you can purchase spare door flaps and screws. Doesnât seem to have an option to contact sellerUPDATEI have taken the panels out to clean, the screws to hold the panels in are a joke. I have now lost one screw and canât find anywhere to get a replacement. On the other panel inside one the bar has come off i canât reattach it.For the money and the fact they are recommended for big dogs the build quality is shocking and no support or anywhere to get replacements. I have had to just put the outer shutters on it otherwise there is a huge hole in the wall, so canât even use the dog door.Need the supplier to get in touch to provide support and spaer parts otherwise the review stands and wouldnât advise getting one at all
