Perfect for the car
I have a 20 lb cat that I’m bringing on a long interstate move. The carrier is perfect. Belts in easily and it’s very sturdy. Very safe. I was a little skeptical at first, but this item is phenomenal in saving space in your car.

Great Quality, Perfect Size
This is my second attempt at a car seat type situation for my 1.5 year old, 60 lb lab. So far this one is wonderful!Based on reviews, I was nervous it would be too small for her, but she fits! She can sit and lay down comfortably which is perfect for roadtrips (11+ hours in the car).It fits really well in the back seat of my SUV (7-seater Kia Sorento). I love the pockets for her leash, water bottle, and small towel. It feels really sturdy (good quality canvas, zippers, framing). I think itâll stand up well to her jumping into and out of it.Iâm not sure Iâll collapse it very often, but it does fold up easily and pretty flat for easy storage.Weâve only used it once, but so far we REALLY like it. Iâll try to remember to update in a few weeks on how itâs going.

Escape-Proof Travel Solution
My small dogs are true escape artists and adventurers. I’ve tried countless solutions to keep them safe during car rides, but nothing worked. Traditional booster seats failed to contain them, and one of my pups chewed through the lead. With my dogs ranging from 16 to 20 pounds, they were small enough to wriggle past most barriers I tried to use to separate the back seat from the front. To my amazement, one of them, a crafty Jack Russell mix, even figured out how to unbuckle the seatbelt restraint I had tried for both of them. In short, I have brat-dogs. I needed a brat-dog-proof solution to my problem. I was almost ready to give up traveling with them, but I stumbled upon this intriguing carrier. I thought, “Why not give it a shot? After all, Amazon has a good return policy.”First and foremost, this crate is quite spacious. I drive a Corolla, and while I can fit it in the backseat, it does limit the front seat’s ability to provide leg room when positioned behind it, causing the seat only to scoot back halfway. However, the snug fit does add an extra layer of security. If you’re tall, I recommend you place it on the passenger side to avoid discomfort during the ride. On the flip side, it works exceptionally well in my father’s truck. His 4-door Tundra has ample space in the backseat without compromising the comfort of those riding in the front. Just a word of caution – it won’t fit in a front seat due to its size!Quality-wise, this crate is top-notch. It’s not constructed from flimsy plastic but boasts a sturdy aluminum frame. As mentioned earlier, it’s roomy enough to accommodate a larger dog, although it works perfectly for my smaller dogs when they get along. The crate features a robust zipper that opens from either side, allowing you to install it on your preferred side of the car. The mesh windows are a thoughtful addition; they’re durable enough to withstand my dogs’ curiosity and provide a clear view outside. Moreover, there are small hand openings on either side of the crate, so you can keep it securely closed or open it to scratch your pups or offer treats without risking a full-scale escape attempt. However, if you have a tiny dog, exercise caution. My 16-pound Chihuahua mix immediately tried to stick his head through the hole, thinking it was a way out when I first introduced him to the carrier. One of the standout features of this carrier is the safety and security it offers your furry friend on the road. The crate is securely fastened to the seat using the seatbelt, and its well-structured design provides additional protection, ensuring your dog’s safety during the journey. In conclusion, this product is excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It’s a game-changer for pet owners with spirited, stubborn companions like mine.

Check measurements
I was waiting until after my trip to write a review. I have good and one bad experience with this crate.I’ve been eyeing this travel crate for a while. I have 2 older Jack Russellâs. A 18yr 17lbs âshortyâ Jack &10yrs,14lbs small/stunted Parson/long legged Jack ). Usually, they have travel bed in the back seat and are attached to a halter âclickedâ into the seatbelts (not allowed in the front seats) when we travel in my jeep grand Cherokee or hubbyâs 3500 truck. But oh how the hair is unreal and I still have to bring a crate if we’re stopping at a hotel so this would/could act as their crate as well. 2 birds 1 stone. It’s collapsible as well so it makes it easier to carry. Perfect.I checked the dimensions and weight limits. All seemed to be okay. Should fit in my Jeep and hubbyâs truck. I opted for ordering the âslightly used in excellent conditionâ one. It arrived prior to our departure.(There was a HUGE BOX at my front door I couldn’t think what I had ordered!) After removing from its box I was thrilled to see it. It looked fabulous. Very easy to understand the instructions that came with it and I easily snapped everything in place. It’s much bigger/spacer than I envisioned it would be. Plenty of room for our furbabies to travel comfortably. We took my hubbyâs 3500 truck. He had to fold up the back seat to get it in and it was almost touching the roof sitting on the floor! ð³ (definitely bigger than expected- not sure it’s going to fit in my Jeep GC now and haven’t tried it). Although my dogs were a bit confused at first (because they’re used to being âfreeâ with seatbelts) they took to it right away and loved it once I put their dog bed in. My Parson email especially liked the âtreatâ holes and would stick her head through them constantly to say hello throughout our 12h journey ð.Once at our destination, we folded the crate, brought it up to our hotel room, and set it up in a corner. All was well until the 2ne to last day of our 4 day visit to see our son. Our Parson Jack, chewed a hole through the top of the mesh lining and escaped the crate. ð¤¬ð. I was devastated. I don’t know what possessed her to do such a thing. She’s never done this before. Ever.I dashed off to Michaels down the street and they had the same pet mesh material. I fixed the hole but I didn’t put them in their crate when we left the room for dinner that night for fear she would chew through it again. As far as indestructible/anti-chew – my dog got threw- yours will too. (I would suggest getting something extra for the outside of the crate if you have a chewer or spray some vinegar on the mesh prior to travel to stop unwanted chewingð).For the most part, however, this crate is by far the best I’ve owned. I will keep using it! I do recomend it noting my cautions above. I love the versatility of this crate (even though my dog chewed through it). It folds flat and is easy to handle. My hubbyâs truck was hair-free after the trip and the dogs were comfortable. We could open the windows and everyone could enjoy some fresh air. I didn’t have the anxiety of the pooches falling out the windows and getting hung or scratching the side of the truck. Furthermore, we didn’t have the whirlwind of hair circling us as we normally do! ð¤£I do recomend this product.4ðonly because my pooch chewed through their self-proclaimed non chewable/escapeable mesh.

Great design, easy to store and very spacious. It can be used in the car but also as a bed/hiding spot for pets in the house. It seems very sturdy and safe.

I bought a Tesla Model 3 about 6 months before we got a dog. Bad move, as there is nowhere for the dog to travel in the rear like in a hatchback. Started off with an open box type carrier, but the dog could reach the door panel and window, and both started to suffer from scratch marks. Honestly considered changing the car before I found this carrier. We have a 7.5kg Cavapoo who fits the carrier with ease, with plenty of room to sit/stand/lie. We put a suitably sized washable dog bed in the carrier for comfort as the supplied base is not very snuggly. The carrier has a steel frame which is very robust and the seat belt and front headrest straps hold it in place solidly. Note: I read a review somewhere where the dog chewed through the seat belt. If you install the seat correctly, this is not possible as the seat belt should pass between the outer and inner “skins” of the carrier. There’s a slight question mark over long term durability because the covering fabric is like a mesh which could be vulnerable to catching on claws and/or teeth – but so far so good.Removing the carrier is pretty easy, as it concertinas up and stores away neatly.Very pleased with this carrier. The dog seems to be happy in it, and the inside of my car is protected. Highly recommended.PS there are some video reviews on YouTube.
