Very durable
I bought this 2 or 3 years ago and im just now getting around to reviewing it. Works great still. There is a very small amount of wear and tear on one corner of the flap but im guessing its like that because i run an extension cord through the frame. Ive got a Jack Russel a german shepard mix a brittany spaniel and a wire haired dash hound and they all go through with no problems. Its taken a beating but it still magnetizes the same as when i put it in.

Love the better frame on this one than the smaller ones. I thought it was too big for my little Doxie, but it seems to work fine and much sturdier in the screen. The only problem is not being a handyman I need help to have it put in correctly

Gt what you pay for
Is not weather proof in Minnesota winter. But, it works good enough for us. Don’t mind a little cool air coming into the basement. We also have a thick blanket folded up nailed on the inside to help. The dog likes it.

DO NOT BUY THIS DOOR
This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST dog door ever! I have had numerous dog doors in my home. I have lived in the same house for 29 years. And I can say, â DO NOT BUY THIS DOG DOORâ!1. It is a huge pain to install2. The cutting pattern is inaccurate. Big problem there as you will cut you door the wrong size!3. PLASTIC SCREWS! Really? Thin, thin plastic screws to hold it together.4. The trim for the middle of the door is thin plastic strips that must be cut and meticulously sandwiched between the panels! Nearly impossible.5. Looks like crap.The only nice part of this door is the FLAP! I wish I had not purchased it. I would throw it in the trash and get a different brand BUT now my door is cut to this size! Throughly disgusted.

It is a pet door for 2 large dogs. Same door identical as Petco for half the price.
