A Perfect Solution for Keeping My Puppy Happy and Safe!
I bought the Furhaven Pop Up Playpen Pet Tent Playground for my new puppy, and it has been a great help! It keeps him happy and safely contained when I have to leave him for brief periods. The playpen is spacious enough for him to move around and play, but itâs also compact and easy to set up or take down when needed.The material is durable, and the mesh sides provide good ventilation so he stays comfortable. my cat had a leg amputated after being hit by a car. i bought this for his recovery so he could rest and not be tempted to walk around. it’s worked perfectly and i’m able to move it to my room for the night easily. it has enough room for a litter box and sleeping pad. i like that i can unzip the top and reach in to manage things.

Got the pen on December 6 and the zipper for the front opening broke. Not happy with the lack of quality of the product. Updated. After contacting company they are sending out a Néw replacement. Great customer service

Makes a great chick brooder!
We hatched 33 chicks for a homeschool project and sent four at a time, with supplies, with different families for 2-7 days. They got the experience of caring for chicks and the chicks are being well socialized. This playpen has been perfect to send with each family. It is easy to setup (though not easy to get into the bag when you take it down.) It is easy to clean. The lid keeps the chicks from flying out when they get big enough. The double zipper on the door makes it easy to keep the cord for the heating plate secure without making a hole they can escape from.It has been working so well I bought several more!

Thought the bottom would be waterproof
Was fostering a cat and opted for this due to price and size. Fits great in a room without taking too much space but still roomy inside. I placed this playpen on a carpet in the room for 3 weeks while I fostered this cat. Everything for the cat was inside, water, food, litter box, and a small bed. A few litter box accidents happened and at first the urine pooled up so I thought the bottom was water proof. I would clean the spot with a gentle cleaner and water, enough to get rid of the smell. Once the cat was gone, I cleaned the playpen with disinfectant then folded it up. I smelled the carpet under the playpen and it smelled strongly of urine. So now Iâm more prepared for the future but still disappointed.Additionally, the mesh isnât too strong. The cat chewed a hole in the side over the first few days.Overall Iâve had no issues with the zipper. Itâs very spacious. And I like that you can open it from the top as well.Good but not perfect.

I own a rescue and this tent had room for a sm litter box, toys, a blanket and 3-3wk old kittens, each time we got orphaned kittens we used it, made like a human tent, easy to clean, made out of great materials and folds down to slide in anywhere, I love this thing! Highly recommend!ð¾

DANGER on hardwood floors!
There are a lot of issues with this thing, but the deal-breaker is how slippery it is, both inside and outside, especially on the bottom. We have a new 6 month old rescue, and hardwood floors. I bought this so he had room to move when I canât watch him, like while I shower. We canât trust him alone yet but I donât want to crate him too much. It slips around like crazy if our pup moves any faster than a slow, calm walk. Itâs useless if he can only use it safely if he barely moves. And I mean any sudden movement makes him, the pen, or both go sliding. Even if heâs being calm, he can start sliding inside if he stands up and sleepily stretches his back legs (which he does when he wakes up from a nap) or make the whole thing slide if he pushes against the mesh (which he does when he sees me come out of the bathroom). But itâs when heâs at all excited that it gets really dangerousâ¦The entire thing starts slipping quickly across the floor, and his feet slip on the inside too, so itâs like the roadrunner cartoon sliding across our whole living room! Of course this freaks him out so he gets faster and more manic, the situation gets worse by the second. The penâs uprights are just sturdy enough to knock over lighter things he runs into, but not sturdy enough to not fold in on him, trapping and scaring him (while the sounds of things falling is also scaring him. More importantly, the sides are thin and if he runs into something hard (like the corner of a table) of course it hurts just as bad as if he ran into it normally. There are opaque parts and itâs usually all folding in by this point too so he canât see what heâs slipping towards.Itâs dangerous to even leave it out when heâs not inside it because if he jumps on the side or top it collapses with him getting stuck in the middle, he either gets scared or more excited, and the same thing happens.Due to the return issues Iâve seen other reviewers mention, I might try modifying this pen to make it work for him. If I succeed, Iâll try to update on how I did it. If not, you can assume itâs in the trash.

Good for the price, thatâs for sure! I should have ordered a smaller one. Iâm using it in the house to keep my puppies toys in. The extra large one, which is what I ordered, takes up the entire living room. It will come in handy in the summer as it come with ground pegs to keep it in place. My Shihtzu totally destroys his toys but he has not been able to destroy this tent. Highly recommended.
