Perfect solution
I must say that the 4 ft. measurement is very accurate. That said, I was able to enlarge the original opening to accommodate our new large outdoor puppy. She is a bit too big to be in the house, so she will be kept comfortable in a heated and air conditioned doghouse. I believe in keeping my pets as comfortable as I am. This material is very easy to cut and install. The material will need to be relaxed (stretch it out and warm it with a hair dryer). This comes with 4 screws that can be driven through the material with ease. This stuff is pretty thick which makes it a quality product. This will function well and it is a cost effective way to create or repair a pet door flap.

they do the job
I would suggest getting good cutting tools to make sure your cuts come out straight. The only thing that was annoying was that sometimes the screw went all the way through so be careful with that. but they do the job.

A good fix to our issue
This works really well keeping the house temps inside and the outside temps outside. It also is easy to use and install.

These flaps are nice since you can cut them to size. They are light weight which I was hoping they’d be a bit heavier to prevent wind from blowing in. They’re also a bit thin which makes it easy to cut, but not perform the best if you’re looking for something a bit heavy if you live somewhere windy. Overall, it’s alright but not the best for what I wanted and was hoping for.

Read Measurements
This isn’t a horrible product overall- it does what it says, but it is a lot smaller than I pictured. So be aware of that. It is reasonably flexible, but is a bit difficult to cut, so make sure you’re using a sharp blade when trimming it down. Unfortunately I was not able to use this for what I intended, but I will be keeping it for a “just in case”.

Unique product
I like that these can be cut to size. I have not found another like this. We have been looking to make a customer size doggy door flap and these are perfect. Only complaint is that they only give you 3 screws. Not a big deal as those can be purchased at your local hardware store. I have not had them long so hopefully they do not shrink up like some of the regular doggy door flaps.

Soft and Flexible!
This is exactly what I needed! The cold weather destroyed the regular plastic that came with the cat house. So now my cat can get in and out without any issue(s).
