Perfect Fit
I purchase the doggie door. My American Eskimo is 40 lbs. And as you see in the video he needs some practice but is doing a great job. I put it up myself and it was actually very easy to do. I wish I bought this earlier. It will be great for him because he loves the winter so instead of cracking the door open and it being cold in the house, I can now let him go out the doggie door onto the screened in porch anytime he wants. Also, I like the fact it doesn’t have to have a panel to slide down and lock, it has 3 locks to keep it closed and locked. Love this.

Awful clips on the doors but everything else is nice.
This doggy door is a great size and was super easy to install. I do have a few things I dislike about it, however. The style of door on these took my dogs a while to get used to as opposed to the usual flap style that are on our other doors. Your dogs will get stuck if they try to back up halfway through and potentially hurt themselves. The locks on the door flaps also are too easy to flip causing the dogs to lock themselves out of one direction or another. I ended up just removing the bottom clips because even just going through the door sometimes causes the clips to fall down and cause door opening issues. Aside from that, the build quality is nice and the door covers are also a great fallback even if the clips are removed.

Cheap hardware
A well-built, cleverly engineered door with absolutely TERRIBLE fastener bolts! Four Bolts hold this together. THREE of them stripped out as badly as any bolts I’ve ever dealt with! This left me with a panicked trip to the hardware store and some DRILLING out of the cheap stuck bolts while an enormous hole stood in my door. 12 CENTS worth of quality steel bolts and nuts later the door is installed and looks good, but the BOLT guy at this company really failed the team. NOT recommended, unless you like angry trips to Home Depot.

Sturdy and easy to use. My dog ââloves it. Our dog can easily go in and out as needed. Installing the dog door was easy.
