   ‘Nice,’ yet flawed!
   I have several reservations, and don’t recommend this product. My review and rating is about the carrier’s design, not about its suitability for my kitty companion.In saying that, Luna is an 11 pound Domestic Short Hair adult cat. Had I paid more attention to the carrier’s measurements, I wouldn’t have ordered this item on the basis of size alone. Mid-way down the product listing are diagrams with a thoughtful weight range & photo (4 kg kittens/3 kg puppies) which seems accurate but was missed the day of order. With it on-hand, the Taikura Pet Carrier Bag was inspected. Here are some findings.The seller’s photos are accurate as to measurements, color & general design features. It’s 5 side open-pockets and inside tether seem to be well planned, but I have to say this is a limited, short-haul carrier, exactly as is mentioned in the images. Contradicting that, however, is that it’s named as “Airline-Approved.” Please take notice of its design & features before considering it for safe transit. I’ve outlined some of the most basic materials & features that were noticeable after unpacking the product, but due to the size of my companion, did not test it’s limits while using it.The webbed areas, or ‘windows’ are thin. I feel as though it won’t take much for the mesh to rip or tear, making it seem better for canine, as opposed to feline friends. The breathable webbing’s fiber used for the window panels isn’t disclosed, but appears to be some type of nylon or other synthetic fiber. Though a puppy or dog may be less likely to tear through a window, the webbing is delicate and might rip open even under light use.For the main body, the listing states the fiber as cotton. That may very well be, and that seems accurate on inspection, but is concerning. As much as I favor all natural fibers for the most part, nylon has been a long time standard in soft carriers for good reason, durability. Nylon, especially ripstop, is strong, resists tearing & absorption and can be cleaned. In comparison to this pale grey carrier, I suspect the cotton exterior & interior isn’t going to remain attractive, let alone, strong or clean. Even for a very small pet it seems like cotton with thin webbing is a bad combination of materials. For cleaning, at best, wiping may address simple spots but when taking our companions out, carriers need to resist wear & tear as well as fluids, treats or things like medication spills all while being strong enough to withstand the weight and movement of the pet & provide some measure of confidence they’re safe & comfortable in transit. This carrier doesn’t convince me it possesses either security or suitability.The webbed handle & shoulder strap are rather thin and though undisclosed, appear to be made of nylon. There might be some lightweight fill inside the center of the shoulder strap, but the padding is minimal. Once the pet’s weight is added, there may be discomfort as the straps could dig into the hand or shoulder while carrying it laden. My impression of the straps is that they’re proportionally correct, but impractical.The checkerboard (cotton?) lining is nice to look at but lightweight and completely attached. Padded microfiber (like fake fur) might have been better, especially if some parts of it were removable for cleaning. Many carriers have machine washable panels for example. The rigid bottom ‘tray’ is removable and feels like particleboard. There isn’t a mat atop the board and is covered by thin cotton. I suppose that the tray could be removed & wiped, but doesn’t seem at all comfortable for any size puppy or kitten. No part of the lining or base board fabric is removable for washing.The main compartment zipper is lightweight plastic (don’t expect anything close to a YKK zipper!) What’s more at issue is the zipper design. The unified, U-Shaped non-separating style is problematic. When testing it, I struggled with simple steps even with the carrier empty. Let me explain. There are D-Rings attaching a narrow nylon strap to both ends of the zipper. The strap acts as a pull. At first glance, the design seems convenient because in theory, it might unzip easily, taking the carrier from open to closed, or vice-versa, in a single motion. In practice, unzipping required me to aggressively manipulate the entire carrier because that solid strap opens or closes the carrier top section (webbing) at once. At the point when I reached the U-Shaped ‘open’ end (where your companion would enter or exit the carrier,) the entire carrier buckled simply by the weight of itself, choking the zipper’s progress as it struggled to move along the teeth. I really can’t imagine putting my kitty under the stress to allow me to test the carrier out for a more accurate review with photos. It just seemed too cruel. Also of concern is that during these zipper tests the thin top webbing seemed to be under a lot of stress in the area, and might easily rip the webbing, even without a pet present.What looks like a 6th pocket at one end of the carrier is a zippered flap that opens to a webbed window hidden under another U-Zippered area (where a companion might peek out.)Though I had hopes for this item, after closely examining it at home I simply cannot recommend it knowing there are many well designed alternatives available that are made with appropriate features & materials.Overall, this carrier feels like a mass produced fast-fashion accessory instead of a product I can use with faith for my beloved companion. Basically, I think more attention to the type of materials, instead of layout, might have paid off if the manufacturer had more seriously considered the end use of this product and the types of day to day stresses encountered, even for very small breeds. As it stands, this carrier will likely get soiled and break down from basic use and exposure.On the positive side, the seller’s listing offers a lot of useful information as to the measurements and basic features.In closing: Though the product was provided free of charge under Amazon’s Vine program, I used the item as I would any purchase, and wrote an unbiased, honest review based on my experience.

   Cat can see me now
   This cat carrier showed up the day before I had to take one of my felines in for a shot. I had one of those hard carriers with the tiny finger size holes in the side – he did much better in the car with the mesh sided carrier. There was a distinct lack of angry meowing. It was easier to get him in too, I just unzipped the top flap and popped him in before he knew what was what.It appears well made (time will tell), and I appreciate that there was a fuzzy bottom piece for him to sit on.

   Die Tasche wurde schnell und sicher geliefert.Alles nötige, was ich zum Katzentransport liegt bei.Den Boden kann man heraus nehmen, so kann man die Tasche platzsparend lagern.Die Tasche macht einen stabilen Eindruck.Wir haben sie zunächst eine Weile im Wohnzimmer offen stehen lassen, eine Katze immer mal wieder rein gesetzt, so dass sie auch allein wieder raus gehen kann (Gewöhnungseffekt).Anschließend ist die Katze immer mal allein rein gegangen. Also hat sie die Tasche gut angenommen.Für kurze Fahrten zum Arzt konnten wir sie gut nutzen, die Katze kommt schnell hinein und schnell wieder heraus.Sollte mal ein kleiner Pipi Unfall passieren, kann man den Boden und die Tasche waschen (in der Badewanne mit einer Seifenlauge. In die Waschmaschine würde ich sie nicht geben.Wir sind soweit zufrieden mit der Tasche.

    Viele Katzentransporttaschen sind wahrlich zu klein, meist muss ich welche für Hunde holen… Hier habe ich mal eine die akzeptablen Platz bietet. Kann gleich vorab sagen das ich vom Gesamtpaket positiv überrascht war.Hatte erst bedenken das der Mesh sehr leicht kaputt zu kriegen ist, war aber nicht der Fall, ist robuster als es vermuten lässt. Bin ebenfalls vom herausnehmbaren Boden angetan da er dünn und leicht aber dennoch sehr stabil und formgetreu ist. Hier kann man den Bezug abmachen und waschen falls der flauschige Kamerad vor lauter Panik in die nicht vorhandene Hose macht.Normalerweise sind Tiere ruhiger wenn sie nicht viel sehen und stattdessen im dunklen sind, man sollte beim Autotransport vielleicht ein dünnes Tuch drüber hängen. Ansonsten ist das Mesh design super für Belüftung, die Mieze wird hier keinesfalls an Atemnot leiden.Das kleine Fach oben mit Kopfhörerausgang brauche ich persönlich nicht aber sowas ist ja für die Jugend von heute designed die in sowas Verwendung finden. Man kann sie auch super zusammenklappen, nimmt sehr wenig Platz weg.Innen kann man eine Leine befestigen damit die Katze nicht bei der ersten Chance sofort auf und davon springt. Befestigen kann man die Trageschlaufe gut und sie ist auch bequem genug, reißen wird da auch nichts.So selten wie ich sie brauche wird ein Langzeit / Haltbarkeitstest schwer sein, falls sie aber vorzeitig hinüber gehen sollte dann werde ich hierher zurück kommen und meine Rezension anpassen. Für den Moment finde ich die Tasche top.

    amazon vine hat mir dieses produkt kostenlos zur verfügung gestellt, damit ich es testen und bewerten kann. meine bewertung findet objektiv und ausschließlich nach dem prüfen der ware statt. dass ich die ware kostenlos erhalten habe, hat keinen einfluss auf die bewertung.transporttasche kommt schnell und gut verpackt an. riecht auch nicht unangenehm nach dem auspacken. Set macht einen wertigen und soliden eindruck. die tasche ist klein und sehr praktisch.. wenn die katze dran gewöhnt ist.. ich setze sie vor allem für die artzbesuche ein. ich bin zufrieden.

    Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Transporttasche! Die Qualität ist hervorragend – die Tasche ist robust, aber gleichzeitig leicht und gut verarbeitet. Meine Katze fühlt sich darin wohl und sicher, und dank der atmungsaktiven Netzeinsätze hat die genügend Luft und einen guten Ausblick. Die Tasche ist leicht zu reinigen und zusammenklappbar, was sehr praktisch für die Aufbewahrung ist. Besonders schätze ich den Schultergurt, der die Tasche angenehm zu tragen macht. Ob beim Tierarztbesuch oder auf Reisen – diese Transporttasche ist perfekt! Sehr zu empfehlen für alle Haustierbesitzer! Es gibt sogar eine Tasche fürs Telefon und einen Kopfhörer Ausgang, falls jemand noch Kabelkopfhörer nutzt 😂
