Great Little Trimmer
The trimmer is easy to use and my dog, just relaxes and loves getting a privacy trim, his paws trimmed, around his ears and all of those tiny little places for a tight trim! It is very quiet.

Great little trimmer
This trimmer came fully charged, and I trimmed my little dogâs face easily with it. I held it like a pencil and it trimmed her up very closely. It was a little trickier on her pawsâbetween her foot pads. She did not like the vibration at all, and even though she weighs just 13 lbs, it took both of my daughters to hold her.

Kind of loud for 35def
I purchased these clippers because they said that they were ultra quiet, well they’re not. They are very noisy. They did seem to do a decent job at triming the hair. I returned them because they were very loud, because I was looking for untra quiet to trim my guinea pigs head and ears.

Great Product
Does exactly what it says. Very quiet. Will use frequently on our dogs as they don’t mind it at all. Highly recommend.

Fairly quiet, nice for touchups
I tried running this trimmer on a bit of my leg hair to see how it performs before subjecting a new puppy to it. With his energy, it’s hard to get him to stand still. I didn’t want to risk cutting him and causing a negative association with grooming. Note: I did not charge it first, as the device said it was at 100% out of the box; perhaps the displayed number isn’t accurate and charging would fix some issues. The light could stand to be a bit brighter, but that can be worked around easily with a headlamp. The razor is a little finicky, needing to be held at a particular angle to work effectively. You hear a tiny bit more noise as it cuts, but I think it’s on par with something like static… It’s easily ignorable, even less than scissors in my opinion. You’ll want to make use of the little brush to clean near the blade after use as hair gets trapped easily. I like the inclusion of a storage bag that’s plenty large enough for everything in the box yet still leaves room for additional items. Weight and balance are good; it doesn’t bug my arthritis. The blade area is really small, maybe 1/3 larger than my thumbnail width. If your dog is much bigger than a lap dog, this probably isn’t a good fit for grooming butt fur as it would take too long. Think about how fun it’d be to use a nose hair trimmer for any larger hairy area and you get the picture. Even though it’s super quiet, the dogs I’ve had in the past do not like me doing anything to groom back there.I’ll be introducing this to my puppy over the next couple of weeks, letting him hear it and adjust to the sound so it doesn’t scare him before attempting to groom around his paw pads.Product includes a card with a contact email and website. This card also states there’s a two year after-sales warranty. Not sure if that conflicts with the little manual, which states a one time replacement service if the trimmer is damaged within one year.

Great trimmers for a specific purpose
I like these trimmers a lot 🙂 They are not going to cut a whole lot at a time, so it really is something more of an addition to your grooming set. It’s a job-specific kind of item, so if you don’t want extra thingamabobs taking up space, you might be able to skip out on this one. But I think it’s worth it to take up just a little space to have this useful tool during grooming. My pup is about 65lbs with wiry medium-length hair. I used this after his bath and started with the face and ears: it was nice to be able to have something smaller and lighter than a buzzer to be able to maneuver around the delicate areas. He sat well when I was cutting around his mouth and the opening part of his ears and around his eyes and nose. It was great to get precision cuts. It’s great that the head of this thing is so tiny because you can be very intentional about the cuts you are making. Cutting around the tail and butt area was easy too because of the control you have over the small clipper head. Again, these clippers are not meant for super large surface areas & will not get through super thick hair. If you have a long-haired pet, it might be ideal to shave it down a bit and go back in with these. It’s more of a touch-up and finalizing tool, which is again, a consideration point I mentioned earlier. One of the things I liked best was the little added light. Tbh it could also be because it’s a little bit of a novelty since I’ve not seen that feature on many other clippers lol But regarding its function: It’s not super bright, but it did help serve as a guide to where I was going with the trimmers. It was really helpful when I was doing his paws. We don’t have a table or anything to put him up on so he is standing on the ground and since he’s already lower than us, it makes it difficult to get a good cut sometimes. We usually have to get in some awkward position to make sure he’s comfortable, so getting good angles on the pads is sometimes a challenge. He won’t lay down and let us do it, so he’s standing lol If your fur baby let’s you cut while they lay on their side, then you don’t know the struggle I am talking about and maybe cannot relate to the benefit of the light for this purpose lol But still — it helped guide where I was going to place the clippers to trim between his paw pads. It took longer than normal, but I was also able to get a better cut as well.Sound: it’s not dreadfully loud, but not quiet either. It’s about what you’d expect from the sound of a buzzer lol My dog’s not especially terrified of the sound or vibration from the usual clippers we use, but he’s not a fan either lol He was okay with these. Maybe because of the size, it really keeps the vibrations to a minimum, which is great when getting the sensitive areas near the face and ears. The trimmers also came fully charged out of the box. Idk how it works for battery life longevity and whatnot, but I still prefer to be able to use an item right out of the box and not have to take it out and wait for it to charge for several hours before using it. It worked for a full grooming session with battery to spare. I like that it shows the battery life in percentage as opposed to a meter that displays just a few dots of light. It said 100 out of the box, so I hope it’s accurate because most items don’t usually come fully charged, but it worked fine so no complaints about that. Also did not overheat or anything after doing a groom on head, paws, and the behind.Considering the list price at under $15, I think it’s worth it. All the add-ons listed in the product listing are just bonuses (the carry bag, the comb, the charger cable, the warranty card, the little brush) 🙂 Only thing that might be missing that would be useful would be the lubricating oil for the trimmer blade. It’s such a tiny blade area and not used for large cutting areas so we will just be borrowing some lubricant from other trimmer sets (although I don’t imagine it needs to be oiled very much or very often). The tool itself is worth that much. I will recommend to friends and family as a nice tool for pet grooming day and for touch ups in-between 🙂

We have professional grade clippers for cutting our dogs and they are great for grooming most of our non-shedding dogs fur. For those more delicate areas these small clippers are very handy where in the past we would use scissors.Works well for cleaning up paws and more. The directed light really helps to see what needs trimming when working with paws. It also works well for other areas around the nose for hair in the way of their eyes and cleaning up the edges of ears. Pretty much any area that you would put down clippers and pick up scissors you can trim with this tool.I would buy it again when this one wears out and recommend it to other dog owners.Pros:- Tiny effective cutter that allows for safe precision clipping- Lower noise, far lower than full size of clippers- LED light directed right at the blade is very helpful seeing where to clip- Rechargeable with battery level- Light weight and easy to manage- Cloth case and cleaning brush- Came with a bonus flea comb!

I ordered this paw trimmer as our Saluki/Whippet cross has very hairy feet which sometimes get matted when he goes out for a walk in inclement weather. The trimmer is surprisingly quite. I tried it on both our dogs & neither was disturbed or bothered with the noise or vibration. I thought the light was really good as it took the illumination to the dog rather than trying to get the dog to sit still somewhere where there is good enough light to trim his paw hair. The blades are sharp & functioned well, but are thoughtfully smooth at the edges. It comes with a good, long USB C lead & a flea comb, as well as full instructions & a draw-string bag to keep it all in. The battery level indicator is most useful as it can give you advanced notice of when a charge will be needed, or if there is enough charge for a full groom. At £13, itâs an average cost for a basic paw trimmer & it works well so I would definitely recommend it.

I got this for one of my cats, who has medium long fur, and gets a messy backside sometimes. I want to try and clip around that area, to prevent this happening. These are mainly for paws, but can be used for any other delicate or awkward areas, where you need a small blade. The noise is not loud, but will likely seem so to pets. Mine will need to be gently introduced with treats and gradually build up to actually using it on them, I think. But it will be worth the time invested, as it will make the job so much quicker and easier than messing around with scissors, which is also risky and not easy. This has USB C charging, a screen for charge level and a light to see what you’re doing, which seems bright enough to be useful. You get a cable, a little brush to clean the blade, a carry pouch and a comb for removing undercoat. No clipper oil, which you will need if you use it regularly. Wahl is good, and not expensive. It has all required safety certifications for electrical devices. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. I try to use or test all products, or if I can’t, I at least check them. You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don’t want to add it to every review.
