Iâm pretty happy with it. I was hoping Iâd be able to adjust the shoulder strap more but it still works well and is comfortable. I had tried a standard dog backpack before this and it was painful on my traps and back and was hard to put on and take off but this is very comfortable. My dog really loves it. Once she is in it she doesnât want out of it lol Definitely makes taking her around with me easier.
