These are not the chewy type, they are harder so keep my dog occupied and happy for a longer time. A big plus for me since I give them as a treat when he comes in the house from a walk is that they do not leave any stains or crumbs at all. They have a very minimal smell also which is important to me when looking for treats. I ordered them a few times and finally subscribed to get them automatically each month. 5 stars all the way with this brand.
