To remove the memory card, you can gently insert the card pin we provide into the edge of the memorycard and carefully pry it out. The memory card has a raised edae where the card pin canbe inserted. Please avoid using excessive force or prying forcefully,as it may cause scratches and irreparable damage.

The card slot is terribly designed
They made it impossible to get the micro card out of the slot. The instructions are hard to see (very small pictures) and the tool they provide only scratches everything up. We did try to turn on the device, which we did after it charged (which is normal and fine), but it turned off after 5 seconds, which the instructions say happens because it couldn’t read the card.Will be returning.

Old school, but awesome
It is basic , but works good. I like that the SD card is very accessible on the camera. You can customize the way you want it . The instructions are detailed , yet clear. A fun little device to see the world from your felines perspective. Unfortunately I had to return mine because my computer isn’t working. Yes, you need a way to connect to set it. Up and edit. Still awesome while I could use it.

It’s ok
Not a big fan of only two buttons and having to press them for certain amounts of time and in different combinations to make it to the different things that I want to do also the connection to the collar is a bit wonky. Pretty much end up recording everything but what you wanted to record and at the same time I have a good hour recording of my cat just licking the lens so there’s another one that’s a bit more expensive a different brand I would probably go for instead.

Exceeds my expectations
I have tried similar products in the past that disappointed me and were returned. This one is great. The collar fits securely and comfortably. The camera makes clear videos. The only issue is that the indicator lights are counter intuitive. It records when the lights all turn off.

No instruction on how to attach to cat collar
No instructions at all on how it is supposed to attach to the cat collar that is provided. I have yet to figure it out and am very disappointed as that is what I purchased it for.

Iâve yet to determine exactly how everything goes together to become fully functional as the instructions are not particularly helpful for me. Maybe someone else could manage them. I need to purchase a chip for recording purposes, and I was not aware of the very short possible recording time. The full description was either not well read by me, or lacking in information.

Purchased this to try and work out where in the garden the cat was escaping. It was useless as the wifi connectivity didn’t work in the garden even though other devices do.
