While reading other reviews I noticed not many mentioned their pet’s weight or breed so hoping this helps!!My 8 year old English bulldog is a full 65 pounds of love. He is built just like many other English bullies (not XL bred).I went with a large as a medium would probably fit but with his chest, it’s always a guessing game and I usually lose.This does have some give around the neck so I may have been able to slide through with a medium but the extra room will work for him as he is still very active. The length is long so if you have a longer dog (retriever, dobie, lab, Shepard) do not be afraid! My boy’s nub is covered up while wearing it, but again the neck issue. I’ll just pin it up so he doesn’t have issues using the potty.Because this sweater has some give, it was soooo easy getting it on my pup. We took a spin around the block and took it off to see how he likes it while moving. I haven’t put a knit type sweater on him before (mostly shirt type things previously) and he had no issues and seems like no complaints either.The sweater is very well made. I don’t see a single loose end or fray so I’m happy with the money that I spent for the value of the sweater. The colors are true to photo and look great. I have not washed yet but I will be washing with a color catcher due to the vibrancy of the dyes to be safe as I know some fibers lose a bit more after the first “at home” wash.

This sweater seems to be made well and is very cute. I had to send it back because I purchased the one that would fit my dog’s back but it was way too large around. But the sweater was nice. Just not a good fit for my terrier who is thin but long.

Bought this for my boy for his Halloween party at doggy day care. Heâs a smaller working cocker spaniel so it was just a tad roomy on him but still he looked so cute! Quality is ok. Probably wonât last multiple seasons but itâs priced right for the season.
