Good but poor tag placement
The bed was good, comfy, and fit well in the crate, however I feel the tag location is a big design flaw. While I understand the manufacturer has no control over my dog ripping up the bed, this also would not have happened if they didnât put their tag in such a poor spot.

Durable washable
Really love this mat. 2 sided cooling or sherpa warm. Has been shown to actually be water proof, thick nice memory foam, washes easily in machine, great price $17. when box pet places charge a lot more. Functional not just for in crate can be on bed, floor, sofa or truck. Grey is neutral nice cohesive .

My dog loves it
My yellow lab loves this. She has a more traditional, thicker dog bed, too, but we got this one so we could use it in the car, on the sofa, or in a crate. It *is* pretty thin — about one inch thick — but that’s perfect for what you need in a crate bed. Note that it will be very compressed when you take it out of the box. It takes about a day or so to expand to its final thickness.Overall, an excellent product, and a great value for the money.

Soft and well made
No complaints from the border collies. These mats wash and dry well and two out of three dogs have been happy with them. Unfortunately one rescue attacked his bed and won the battle. I patched it and hopefully it will continue to stay together for at least a few more washes.
