Awesome and cost effective!!!
I originally purchased one of these to hold an injured 7 week old kitten, (hit by a car) lost the use of her front left leg so she needed to be confined, too young to cast, but I digress. This playpen was great for the first week, but she’s growing and getting better and a little more active and was making a mess with the litter. I needed something bigger but didn’t want to break the bank so I ordered a 2nd and attached them, leaving the middle open so she can go back and forth. One side has litter and food, the other a nice cushiony bottom and toys. The cushion makes one side higher than the 2nd but it works and gives her practice going up and down. She’s really happy in there now and much less messy. I used zip ties and a couple binder clips and voila! she has a pass thru to each side. She’s happier, I’m happier not having to clean it ever 5 seconds and it was a cost effective way to house this little one. No worries, she’s already got 2 options for a furever home but she needs to see a vet about possible amputation of the front foot…..other than that, she’s perfectly healthy, happy and playful kitten. Yep, those are flea traps you see in the photo, also purchased here, great product as well, but luckily we’re in the clear now and everything is going wonderfully. These playpens super easy to put together and even has stakes to put outside if you wanted. Buy it. Well made and durable. If it’s holding this very active baby, it’ll serve the purpose for what you need. 10 out of 10 for sure. Oh and it comes with a little carrying case so you can take it on the go. Very happy with this/these playpens.

Goes together quickly and ends up being pretty sturdy – using for baby chicks right now
We bought this to give our baby chicks a little more room to run around. It’s been great so far and has kept them contained very well. The zipper top is a huge benefit so they can’t get out if we don’t want them to. The sides are quite sturdy once you put the included poles in their slots and it holds it’s shape very well. I’ve only folded it up and stored it once – just to see if I could do it and it took a couple tries, even after watching the video, but finally got it back into the same package it came in, so I’m good with that. Overall, it’s very sturdy, but if you’re going to have something clawing at the mesh sides like a cat or dog, I don’t think they will hold up well and will just shred, but we’ve only used it for chickens so far. For the price, I’m really happy with this purchase and it’s a really good size for what we need.

Lightweight and easy to clean!
I bought this specifically to use for training pads! My dog uses this well! Keeps my floor dry because thereâs no misses when she goes in to use the pee pads! Every week I will hose it down with soap and water to keep it smelling fresh and the material dries extremely quick! I think they like the privacy as well! Should I ever need to take it to a hotel it folds up so itâs very portable!

Built with an escape cat artist in mind! Quality good materials with cat scratching etc.
Bought this for a 6ms spay of Maine coon cat for recovery. For assembly , I used painters tape to wrap the 8 poles stays as they made them foldable, but to realign in tight pockets to hold them, it felt like if i pulled up it would snap.. so, with sturdiness in mind it worked and can take off when done. Seams and stitching great, was sturdy for cat after surgery , she was agitated/restless, it happens later after w/anesthesia.. I also, added a sml tension curtain rod across the top for more stability due to lrge sz 44l x 33w across, taped to top width each end, on top. I lined bottom with towels and was roomy for cat box, sml fd bowls and rect 20″x30″c bed . luv the self hook zippered top latches and on all openings. Easy to go in from top or side flap! Covered with sheet at night and calmed cat with all night purring sounds (YTbe). It has been great and a successful recovery is on track with safety, quality and size for her. I would give 5stars (poles-:)

Easy to put together and store. Top could be stronger but all in all cats like it. Big enough for 2 and you can put a litter box in also.

Perfect for pregnant cats
Update: they gave a small discount on the first one to make up for the holes. The momma kitty wouldn’t leave pee pads or anything down, so pee pads had to go under it.I took in another momma kitty, this time kittens were already born. So, I ordered a second playpen. I forgot to check for holes, so no idea if this one had any. However, the poles don’t want to all go down all of the way. I didn’t have this issue with the first one. The seller was contacted. The pole came apart and they sent a video on how to get it back together. I believe the playpen spots where the poles go in isn’t completely open if that makes sense. I push on the poles but they won’t go all of the way in. A couple stuck up and out. I pulled one out to try to put it in again but it came apart again. I got it back together, but even with reinserting it and moving it around it won’t go in all of the way. It’s okay and still works, but I wouldn’t want to have my face near or you could poke an eye out. Keep your face away and don’t stumbl near it and you should be okay. I’d probably keep little kids away from it if your poles stick out, for safety. Both momma kitties and all 7 kittens like their 2 playpens. I took an additional star away because of the quality.The material is very thin. It appears to have holes on the bottom. I put pee pads and blankets down, so it shouldn’t be an issue.However, it shouldn’t come that way.We had a stray show up pregnant. If it’s the same kitty others in the area have talked about I wanted to catch her. I wanted to put an end to her getting pregnant often. So, my daughter caught her. At first we had her in the garage with access to the cool laundry room. However, there was top many hiding spots. So, I knew I needed something to keep her in. I found this pet playpen and it was perfect. It’s a rectangular shape so it isn’t as big and bulky as others I seen while browsing. I went with the large size. This fits a little bed, that will be changed out for a flat one before babies arrive. It fits her litter box, blankets, food, and water. She has plenty of room to move around. Her and babies will have a nice comfy spot once they arrive. This will be perfect for the rest of her pregnancy and while the babies are tiny. It also allows our kitties to see her but not get to her. I like that the top unzips and 2 of the sides. I do wish the top was sturdier, but it isn’t a huge deal. It stands up fine, but our kitties like to try to stand on top and look at the mommy to be. I have to get them off, so they don’t make it cave in on momma. It hasn’t caved in yet, but I’m sure it would with some of the heavier kitties. It isn’t a problem when I keep the trouble makers out of the room.If you have a cat you want to keep separated for a medical reason, pregnancy, or just because they are new to the house this is perfect! She’s only been in it today, so we will see how it holds up to her nails and her babies.I knocked one star off for how the bottom came. I will only need it for this momma and babies. So, hopefully it holds up. I’ll be happy if it makes it through this.
