Especially for matting hairs
I own a Persian cat who has very long hair, I found this to be the most useful brush i own. Very effective and personal I mostly use the smaller brush as it fits comfortably in my hand. I use this brush as well to remove matting as it allows me to pick at the hairs one by one. The one con is i might be concerned is if this metal is rust resistant but I will update this product if it occurs.For this price this brush is a must/ essential, Personally I would be doomed without this brush.

The cats are happy! Finally!!
Iâve tried just about every brush and rake on the market. This product keeps my very tangly kitties happy and smooth. The comb is easy to use and helps relieve the mats they get. The combs are extremely sturdy and appear to be well made. Iâve now used them about a dozen times and I like them a lot. They donât poke the catsâ skin and the cats donât resist being combed or hiss at me while using them. This is a first. Every other rake, brush and comb Iâve used has produced biting, hissing, and resistance to using them but the cats will actually jump up in my lap to be combed with these. They are a very pleasant silver color and appear to be stainless not chrome. Can I give this product 6 stars?!?

Australian shepherds
Really solid and the build is good. Its a good grooming tool for my Australian shepherd since theyâre get so many tangled behind their ears and it works great and they look so pretty afterwards. They seem much more comfortable with this than the other brushes Iâve used in the past.

The selling point for these combs is what my cat appreciates, the ends of each tine are rounded and do not cause discomfort. The smaller comb works well for her small size, and I find the larger one suitable for my own hair. We both like the combs.

I love these for my yorkie puppy’s tangles! This comb was recommended by my groomer for her tangles. I use the small comb and it works fabulously! I used it the first time yesterday when it arrived and again this morning.It is much easier to work through her hair and she isn’t battling me so much about her daily care! We were done in no time this morning without resistance!

Flawless for my long haired cat
I went to a cat show in Las Vegas a while ago, and couldn’t help but notice how many of the cat owners showing long haired cats were using these combs. So, I hit Amazon and found these. The low price gave me pause, but one use and my Eleanor was purring and there was a ton of hair on the comb, even though I brush Eleanor often. I’m super happy with these combs!

I have a ragdoll cat and I needed something to comb him and keep him mat free. I researched and found this comb. It is metal and just great for combing his massive fur coat. I use it our the golden retriever also and it works great! These are a must have for all you pet parents (my opinion). Also they are priced great. Wonderful pet comb.

I write this review in awe.All my life Iâve only ever had short-haired cats. When we adopted this cat off the streets, he was in very poor shape and appeared to be a short-haired cat too. Well, he turned out to be a Siberian. We live in a hot and humid tropical country. This is not a good combination.Keeping his new luxurious coat, the state of our house, and everyoneâs tempers in good shape has been a bit of a learning curve. This cat has a wirey thick undercoat that mats easily and turns into hairballs that either upset his tummy, appetite, general mood, or all three. He is also a Fiercely Independent Macho Man.Grooming a grump that is set in his ways is not for the faint of heart, but these combs were happily tolerated. They slipped through his fur and gently pulled out matted tufts with the silkiest of whispers. He only let me de-tuft him for 90 seconds at the most, but the amount removed in that small window of time was easily the size of one of his bigger hairballs. This is a huge win in my book.To my great surprise, he seemed to like the comb very much on his head and around his ruff and muttonchops, and insisted on being combed for at least 10 minutes. He purred up a storm before passing out. I attribute this to how gently rounded the combâs teeth are, and perhaps how the comb felt cool to the touch because itâs made of steel.We have spent a lot of money on all kinds of brushes, and one promising session will not undo the years of grooming glooms this cat seems to have gone through before arriving in my life, but these humble and modestly-priced combs are well worth their weight in gold for the hope of happiness and hygiene theyâve restored to my household.5/5 stars.
