Sharp blades
Purchased this dog grooming kit for my new Pomeranian. The zip binder is nicely structured and keeps the scissors organized. The scissors come in different options and length. They cut extremely well and are very sharp. Will be using on a regular basis.

Nice assortment, Average quality
Both of my dogs we’re just professional groomed but since I used to groom them myself, I aways find something I need to touch up. I found the thinning sheers to be fairly sharp (cocker spaniels are notorious for dulling blades) but nothing that was outstanding or over the top. I guess the fact that they cut well is a good sign! I used the curved sheers to touch up both dogs’ paws and they did a nice job. I think it would have been nice to have included a nail clipper for the price. The case to store the sheers in is very handy and I do appreciate that it seems to be a decent quality, with a space for each scissor and a combo, that will last for years. There was also an extra set of rubber/plastic disks for finger comfort when using the scissors. All things considered, I would recommend this for the home groomer.

The quality of this scissors is great! I been doing my dogs hair for 2 years and paid a lot of money for scissors and they donât work and get stuck when I trim my dogs matted hair.

I am very very happy with my purchase it comes in a nice little pouch with everything you need they want above and beyond I highly recommend having grooving my Yorkies by myself for the last couple years and I’m wishing I had ordered these scissors a long time ago thank you for doing such a good job of putting a little bit of everything in there!!! Nice Looking Set of Grooming Scissors
This set looks shiny and new out of the box. The case that it comes in is a nice touch. This set includes a stainless steel looking comb, but I don’t find the quality of the instruments to be professional. I don’t like that the comb does not really comb very deeply through my pet’s hair. I’m not sure why, but it has a more shallow connection. Other stainless combs I’ve used seem to get into the hair and really help straighten the hair and move out the ‘undergrowth’ of hair. This one glides over the hair more with a lack of satisfying depth, but I don’t understand why, so it’s odd. There is also no place in the case for the comb, so it has to be stored outside of the case or stuffed into it and zipped into the case which then has a bulging effect. The scissors are sharp, and seem to work ok, but they don’t have a heavy or high quality feel to them. The shearing scissors are a bit problematic when used, and don’t really work right and I feel like I’m chopping up my pets hair vs having a nice shearing effect. I don’t think I’d recommend this set of grooming tools, to be honest.
