Nice crate for a nice price
My pitbull puppy outgrew his 36″ crate, so I purchased the 48″ one. Wow, so roomy! He really loves it. He’s still growing, but will never need a crate bigger than this. It’s like he has his own bachelor pad. I could have got him the 42″, but I’m glad I got the bigger one (for only $3 more) because he likes stretching out in it when he sleeps. I can tell how proud he is to be in his new quarters. Sometimes his little “sister” who is 2 months younger and considerably smaller, so far, will wander in like she doesn’t know it’s not hers. (She also outgrew her crate, and has moved into her “brother’s” old crate.) There is room enough for both of them to comfortably sit in there and visit.I really like this crate, but honestly, it’s not any different than the other 2 crates I’ve bought, other than size. It’s easy to set up and fairly sturdy. I don’t expect to fold it up and move it, but most dog crates work the same way. I like that there are 2 doors. I do recommend cleaning the tray before putting your pup inside. There was a slight greasy residue from manufacturing that my dog was licking off and it made him gag. It could have been a something like furniture polish. A good spray-down with the garden hose fixed that, and now he’s a very happy camper.

Perfection for evacuation needs.
We have two cats and were (currently still are) affected by the Palisades Fire which has decimated our city. We had evacuated 5 wks prior when hit by the Franklin Fire and had older small crates which gave no room for anything but blankets and a bowl. It was really tough getting them to use the litter box outside the crate and water bowls were getting water everywhere. So when we got home I bought these thinking it might be years before we used them. 5 weeks later we’ve been evacuated for a week. The cats have stayed happily in their crates (we’re not somewhere they can be out easily) with room for a bed, some blankets, their water fountains and litter boxes. The weight is not prohibitive for a small but strong female, with a handle on the side to make lifting easy. The size a large enough but still fits easily in my husband’s car. I know they’re for large dogs but they’re basically condos for cats. The bases lip keeps and escaped litter in, they’re easy to clean and supper easily to fold and unfold making assembly a breeze. Quality seems solid. We threw away the additional partition as we didn’t needed for our needs.

Love this foldable crate!
We needed a fairly large crate for a growing puppy. We wanted to give him a nice big space to stretch out. He makes a total mess while eating, drinking, or playing. This crate is a lifesaver! It folds up and itâs easy to unfold. When folded it holds together well, and the included handles help with carrying. Itâs pretty big so itâs a little awkward to carry and slightly heavy but this isnât something weâll move around a lot. The tray is easy to remove and clean. There are 2 doors with a top and bottom latch each. With a crate this big, the additional latches are needed to keep our boy securely in this crate. Itâs a wire crate so we expected there would be some flexibility in its movement. Nothing unexpected. Our boy has lots of room to play with his snuffle mat during lunch time and keep the mess contained. Cleanup was simple. We added a comfy bed to fit and weâll add a secure water bowl and he has a room fit for a doggy king. We are very happy with this crate!

Latches are a bit flimsy
Not the best thickness on latches. Feels a little cheap and flimsy. Good size and will work if the dog isn’t an escape artist.

Works well
This crate is huge and it does its job. The only issue was that some of the sliding locks were tricky at first. You had to push at the exact right angle to make them move. My husband had better luck than I did because he is stronger. But now that weâve been using the latches for a couple of months, they move very smoothly. I guess they just needed some use to loosen up.

Cute cage.
Just got it but so far it seems stable and my husky loves it! The 48 inch one is roomy enough for him. Heâs around 45 pounds and is 9 months old.
