Our dogs love it.
We have been using Blue Buffalo brand food for our dogs for awhile. Now they are getting older, we changed to senior formula. Our dogs are finicky, and they will eat anything we give to them. They seem to love this. The bits are smaller than the last bag. We don’t mind, and dogs don’t mind. It digests fine and no sign of any problem.

Delicious and bite size for smaller breeds
I have a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix dog, who is 11 years young. She truly enjoys eating Blue Buffalo Life Protection Formula Small Breed Senior Dry Dog Food. The smaller bites make it easy for her to chew and she seems to really enjoy the taste as there is never any left after her feeding. I recommend this kibble for your senior, smaller breed dogs as it is a great value in addition to providing much-needed nutrition.

Best on the market for senior small dogs
We tried various dog food for our dog. This brand seems to be the best all-around dog food for senior small dogs. My dog has more energy and seems happier. Smaller stools are a plus.

The dog loves it
I think it is a good product with good ingredients and the dog loves it. The only drawback is that, unlike the smaller bags I was using before, the big bag doesn’t open well. I just ended up using a scissors to cut the top open and closing it back up with a binder clip.
