Solid, durable, stylish, easy to use
Great color, great design, great craftsmanship, and easy to use. I especially like the design, which makes putting it on so much easier than with other designs. You just slip the dog’s head through the neck strap, wrap the chest strap around their chest, secure the clasp, and you’re good to go. No wrestling the dog’s legs into holes first. The metal leash bracket is very sturdy and accommodates any kind of leash. Both straps (neck and chest) can be adjusted, and the neck strap sits low enough that you don’t have to worry about choking, especially considering that the leash bracket is at the back of the harness.

I have a chunky-butt choco lab and the harness is perfect to keep control of her. Its easy to put on, adjust & take off. Harness tabs or lease rings are super sturdy and I have a feeling this will last a while- super durable… and she looks so dang cut in it, like shes a blue color dog heading to do big things om a job site.

best harness in the land
Very easy to put on the dog, chew proof and indestructible. I’ve returned multiple harnesses because they had too many bells and whistles and were difficult for the human to figure out. This harness runs one size small though. my germanshepherd husky mix always wears a Medium but had to go with a Large on this one.

Good Harness
Our son has a dog that is just a big sweetie! He likes to go on walks but can have a mind of his own. Bought this harness for him and it fits very well. (Just make sure to measure the neck and chest area and get the appropriate size.) Hooked up the leash to the back attachment and away we went. Pulled and pulled. Attached the leash to the front and immediately the pulling reduced. It didn’t stop but it made a big difference. With some consistent training, this will make a big difference when walking him.As for comfort, no complaints. By complaints I mean not biting at it or trying to get it off.Durability – time will tell but it appears to be well made. I think it will last quite a while.Overall, I’m very happy with it and may buy another one for our little Jack Russell.

Plastic buckle broke
This was awesome until a plastic buckle broke. All of the other pieces are metal but the one that wasnât failed. Wonât be purchasing again because of thisâ¦out of return period otherwise would request a refund. I would recommend finding a harness with all metal hardware if your dog is strong.Sad because this harness was quick easy and looked great.

This Carhartt harness has two different attachment points, one on the chest and one on the back. I prefer the chest point as it helps with my dog pulling on walks. Also looks very handsome on my golden retriever. Recommended.
