Game changer for potty training
The ChunHee Smart Dog Door Bell has been an absolute lifesaver for potty training our pup! Itâs smart, easy to use, and genuinely effective. Hereâs why Iâm so impressed:1. Easy Setup: Setting up the bell took just a few minutes. Itâs completely wireless, so thereâs no complicated installation or tools needed. Just plug in the receiver, and youâre ready to go!2. Dog-Friendly Design: The bell is large and easy for our dog to press with a paw or nose. Even our hesitant pup learned how to use it in no time! The sound is gentle but noticeable, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use.3. Adjustable Features: The volume and tone options are a great touch. We set ours to a cheerful chime that everyone in the house can hear, but itâs not overwhelming.4. Potty Training Success: This bell has significantly reduced accidents in the house. Our dog quickly associated ringing the bell with going outside, and itâs now a seamless part of her routine.5. Stylish and Durable: The design is sleek and unobtrusive, blending nicely with our home decor. Plus, it feels sturdy enough to withstand regular use by an enthusiastic puppy. This product is a must-have for dog owners looking for an effective and stress-free way to potty train. Highly recommend itâyou and your furry friend will thank you!

Great for new puppy!
This product was super easy to set up and use. Our 12 week old lab learned to use it right away. Initially, we gave it a command name “Go Out Button” and directed him toward it to push (immediately opening the door to potty outside and getting lots of praise). Then, we progressed to putting a small treat on top of the button, with the same command and still lots of praise. After one week, he just goes over and pushes it to go outside! He gets lots of praise and an occasional treat to reinforce that it’s a good thing. Funny thing, our 5 year old Golden Retriever is now using it, too! There have been zero false alarms or just pushing it to get a reward. Money well spent.

Great for Doggos
Overall, these bells work great for potty needs. Both our front and back doors are behind our backs in most seating arrangements so our doggo was able to alert us when he needed to go out. It was easy to teach him to use, though sometimes he takes advantage and sets it off for attention. The sensor is good for a nose boop. The sound is clear. Our only “issue” with the product is that the adhesive is so strong, which is great in essence, but the battery needs changed and it’s almost impossible to get off the wall.

My Golden Retriever Picked Up On This Quick!!!
I recently purchased a dog doorbell for my furry friend, and I couldnât be happier with the product! The concept is simple yet brilliantâmy dog just has to touch the button with her snout, and a bell rings to let us know she needs to go outside. Training her to use it was surprisingly quick, and now itâs become a part of our daily routine. The build quality is excellent; the button is sturdy and designed to handle repeated use without any issues. The bell itself has a nice, clear tone thatâs loud enough to hear throughout the house but not so loud that itâs disruptive. You can also cycle through your desired bell sound which is nice too! I also love that it helps reduce accidents inside since my dog has a clear way to communicate her needs.Overall, this doorbell has been a game-changer for us, making life easier and keeping our home clean. I highly recommend it to any pet owner looking for a practical and effective way for their dog to signal when they need to go out!

Works well but eventually stops.
I bought his doorbell in 2022 when I first got my puppy and it worked amazing! very easy to trigger. After having it for a few years I noticed that the batties are dying faster and faster. I’ve changed the battery about 6 times since I bought it and recently I’ve been changing it almost every day. Yesterday, however, it just stopped working completely. So I had to order a new one. Not sure if other ones are short-lived like this but I got a different brand this time around.

Works well – easy to teach your dog.
We bought this for our 5 month old puppy. We pushed the button / disk each time we took him outside to go potty. After two weeks he was pushing the button to ring the doggie door bell on his own.I would recommend better selection of rings, chimes or tunes. I did find one that was acceptable to us though.

Misbehaving After 2 Months
I learned early on that you cannot reposition these at all. Be very cautious that where you place it. In addition the dog can knock them off with their claws and then you lose all of your backing that way as well . The glue sticks really well to the glass window but everything comes off the back. I learned today that when you try to remove it super carefully by slipping a knife in-between the velcro to check the battery because it’s going off constantly with no one and nothing near it, you lose all of your backing and your product is not good unless you have double back tape at home. Trying to peel it off left all of the backing on the glass window. I had to scrape the windows to get all the glue off then had to buy double back tape to reattach it. I’m not real happy with this product. It works somewhat while it’s working and then it will drive you crazy when it’s not.

Shockedâ loud bell for such a small product!
I am so pleasantly surprised at how well this works!!The receiver itself is quite small, and I like that it plugs right into my outlet so I donât have to find somewhere for it to sit and donât worry about it being knocked over or chewed. The doorbell is pretty sensitive so my pup doesnât have to scratch at it, he can just press his nose against it and the bells will go off.The tone choices are â¦.odd. Lots of songs lol or you can stick to the standard âding dongâ sound. Iâm very happy with the volume of the bellâ we keep our receiver near our work from home offices but can hear it even if weâre in the bedroom. It was a very easy setup (< 5 minutes), and the set seems to be high quality, especially for the low price point. This could be a great gift idea for anybody with a new puppy!

Bought these last fall for my cats. We live on a small farm and I’m always worried there’s a cat stuck outside in the winter time after we go to bed. I taught a couple of them how to use it and they ring it when they want to come in!

This works exactly as it says, just plug in, attach to door and work on training your dog to use it. I have had it about a week now and he rings it about 80% of the time.

We love this ! And my dog picked it up quite soon. But we needed to replace it after one year of use.

UPDATE: so the replacement of the batteries makes these things lower on my love it list. They stick securely to the doorframe so when you have to remove them you end up removing most of the paint under them too. There is no way to change the batteries without plying them off the wall. And since most of the doorframe paint is now stuck to the backside there is no chance of them resticking to the wall.In theory, this is a great idea. My puppy took to it fairly quickly but it isnât sensitive enough to register him touching it with his nose so I put it on the floor. Sometimes he tries to stomp on it but doesnât hit it square on so it doesnât ringâ¦he gets confused as to why he isnât let out.
