Perfect puppy apartment
I love this puppy pen. It was easy to put together. You can adjust the shape. We purchased the 12 panel set and are currently only using 10 for now. I love the door and clear sides. Itâs well made and strong. I feel my little pup is safe when we have to leave her and she has lots of room to play.

FANTASTIC!
Even better than I expected, I bought this for my new scottish fold kitten and I wanted something that she could not climb out of and this playpen is so nice and I love the fact that she can see out. Super easy to assemble and even the 8 panel is much larger than I imagined. Looks nice and keeps your young babies safe. Great price too! Perfect Perfect Perfect!!!!

Great Play Pen
Great pen! Used in my hardwood apartment and was able to keep my energetic pup inside, even with him jumping on the walls. Great buy to provide your furry friend with a place to play and rest while they grow and adapt to their new environment. Very easy to set up, just needs a little muscle and a kick to take apart haha but thats why it holds so well when assembled

Love for our little pup. She can observe all the activity while keeping her from being underfoot. Also, perfect size to accommodate food and water bowls, pet bed, and potty pad with a space still open.

Disappointed and sad
Update: contacted seller, who was of no help. Seller told me there were protective films on both side. Only one side had a film. Seller instructed to remove the second filmâI tried to and ended up adding to the already existing scratches. Out of all the 12 panels, only 3-4 had scratches. Still, I received no help on possibly getting replacements for the panels with scratches or a new playpen. If requested, I would return playpen or damaged panels. I just wanted reassurance that I would receive a complete NEW item. Seller did not offer anything besides instructions on continuing to remove the 2nd film. I will be returning the item.I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to this item and setting it up. I have a similar enclosure but itâs smaller and from another seller. First, when I opened the box I noticed how each panel had scratches everywhere! Then when I compared the screen to the existing one I have, I noticed that the screen appears foggy in appearance compared to the smaller one I have that is clear. The panels wobble, are very shaky and lack firmness. I donât know if I received a used product OR this is how the product is supposed to look. If so, I donât want it and would not recommend this product.
