   ABSOLUTELY BEST BABY OR DOG GATE EVER!
   Hello, My husband just put together our COMOMY, black, metal gate to keep our dogs in the Family Room & Kitchen area, without being able to go into the Living Room or upstairs into the bedrooms.We are so happy we selected this gate! There were so many to choose from it was challenging to find the best one, but I think we made an EXCELLENT choice with COMOMY.Here are our reasons why:1. The gate arrived in 2 days as promised. It also arrived in perfect condition with the few remaining parts ALL THERE. (That’s a miracle in itself these days.)2. My husband put it together in less than 10 MINUTES. The only “tools” he used were 2, 8” metal bars (of the same dimensions) to temporarily hold the gate up off the ground 1”. (The metal bars were from his work shop.) I also held the gate steady while he tightened the 4 pressure bracketsonto the walls, ( Brackets are included with the gate.)3. This gate has the BEST & EASIEST, ONE HAND LOCK. You just push the lock down with your thumb, while simultaneously squeezing up with the rest of your fingers. It doesn’t take much pressure at all.4. The gate swings open whichever way you want it to, which is a GREAT FEATURE!5. The gate itself is Black with a nice finish on it. To me, the gate looks modern and sleek. It is lightweight, but very STRONG & STURDY.We do not work for this company. I am a 70 year old, retired Clinical Social Work Supervisor. My husband is a 74 year old retired Machinist. We BOTH love dogs. The gate was necessary to keep the dogs safe and out of trouble in the rest of the house. They are both Queensland Healers, medium to large in size who love to play and get rowdy together. They have never messed with the gate. They know it’s a border and leave it alone. However, if they did stand up against it, I believe the gate is strong & sturdy enough, as well as pressure mounted enough to hold their weights of approximately 40-50 lbs. each. It would certainly work for a Baby gate as well.This is the longest review I have ever written and tried to express (in detail) how great this COMOMY GATE is. I guess it’s because I looked at sooo many of the different descriptions of each gate selling on Amazon, that I’m SHOCKED I selected THE PERFECT GATE for us!! I absolutely hate having to return items, though it’s so easy with Amazon.I have absolutely NOTHING NEGATIVE to say about this product. It’s probably obvious by now……I highly recommend the COMOMY GATE TO EVERYONE! Thank you for taking the time to read this. 🤗

   Excellent dog gate
   I love the ease of setup, how sturdy and ease of self close. Dogs are secure when we have guests while still seeing out.The gate spring loaded mechanism is very secure to the wall without damage.The gate door is easy to open by gently pulling up. Quality material.We did buy the wall guards and they work well to protect the wall.

   I ordered 2 of these and used them for my dogs. Its easy to set up, sturdy, gate opens both ways, and it’s easy to adjust.These have worked well and help keep my puppers safe.

   Best gate I’ve ever bought
   This is a beautiful, tall, STURDY gate. It’s metal, not plastic. You can adjust the pieces to fit a variety of sized openings. You can even screw pieces into the wall if you’re nervous about tension supports (don’t be nervous with this one, the tension isn’t letting this baby go anywhere.) I have a rug that my dog decided was his toilet when it too rainy for his liking, or when he wanted to be lazy, or just whenever he felt like it. Working with a trainer now for these issues, and one of her suggestions was to gate off the area with the rug. This gate was a great choice. We also really appreciate being able to leave it open, and the auto-shut feature. Well worth the original price, but I’m so happy I found it on the Black Friday sale. Run, don’t walk on this one!

   Bought this for my dog
   To keep the puppy in one room while he’s being potty trained. It works really well, I appreciate that it swings open in either direction and it isn’t super difficult to open with one hand. It was difficult to install because of decorative baseboards, so I had to install it higher than I wanted. If it’s dark I have to remember to step over the bottom lip because of having to install it higher up but it isn’t really a problem for me. Once it’s installed it’s very sturdy, my family is pretty rough on things and it hasn’t budged or broken. Overall I’d say it’s great for the price, it beats the accordion style gates.

   Good Pet Gate
   Just installed this gate today, already had a cheaper gate that was a hand-me-down. This gate was rather expensive compared to the entry level options but I immediately see why. I purchased is because of its height, 90 degree detents and ability to swing inwards or outwards. I can leave it open when I want and it stays that way. My old gate only swings one way, and it has a button on both sides of the latch, but only one side is a button that’s hard to press and the other side is fake. I had disassembled it thinking one side was broken but found out it was just cosmetic. This model has a latch button top and bottom that you must press simultaneously and they’re both very easy to press and hold.This gate is very easy to install and comes with width extenders. A standard width doorway shouldn’t need those. It even comes with attachments to put it between circular columns. It’s much sturdier than my cheaper gate and the lock mechanism locks both at the latch and at the base. The gaps in the posts are small so cats can’t squeeze between them. The only downside I can think of is if you wanted this to keep dogs or toddlers out but allow cats through. I think I saw an option for a little integrated cat door but I can’t remember for this brand.Overall I’m glad I didn’t buy another cheapo gate, this one is much nicer and thankfully worth the price. With coupon from Amazon I spent about $75. I might end up buying another to replace the other cheap gate I’ve been using.

   Me gustó muchísimo la calidad de esta puerta, quería algo que combinara con las escaleras y fuera de buena calidad, el montaje fue super sencillo y el mecanismo funciona bien! Mi bebé de año y medio ya esta segura en la planta alta. Espero sea durable 🙂

   La puerta es bastante más estética de lo que esperaba. Excelente calidad y muy resistente. Muy fácil de armar y colocar siempre que se respeten las instrucciones (no retirar el cinturón que la mantiene cerrada antes de instalar).La uso para evitar que un salchicha cachorro baje la escalera y es perfecta, no cabe entre los barrotes pero es fácil de abrir y cerrar aún con una mano.Bien instalada no se mueve de lugar a pesar del uso constante. Muy recomendable.

    La barrière que j’ai reçu n’est pas conforme , de plus la taille n’est pas comme indiquée dans l’annonce mais la moitié seulement pourtant j’ai payé plus cher pour une barrière plus grande.Il a fallu je me débrouille pour adapter avec une précédemment acheté pas de même marque
