I love the gate because it’s easy to use andIt’s not big in bulky and unappealing looking in our home. I did have an issue with it breaking. I contacted the company and they took care of me right away, very promptly, and sent me a news. I’m very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend this gate

We have it in an unconventional spot and at an angle. Also I technically put it backwards from what the directions say to install it.Thereâs only a few downsides, install-1. the install was a bit confusing. It would have been nice if there was a template for installing the brackets because I had to take them on and off a million times and draw on my wall a bunch to ensure they were spaced properly. I still donât think I got it 100% right. But some sort of template like they give you with tv wall mounts would be perfect.2. When closing sometimes itâs tricky to get the bottom clip on properly, however that could be due to the install, since it was done backwards, at an angle in our house. I think if youâre installing it the recommended why and not getting creative then you should be fine.Positives though are that this can be used creatively. It doesnât take up much space, just a small roll on the wall out of the way. Our old gate was always there and had to be completely removed if not being used and was a hassle. So this is nice to just roll out when we leave to keep the dogs out of the kitchen.It is also quite sturdy, we have a 70lb lab and a 25lb mini Aussie (who is very enthusiastic) and neither have been able to break it or get through it since being installed 4 months ago.

Perfect for our dogs
This is such a great and convenient gate! I use it to keep my dogs from going downstairs. And when we have company, it rolls up nice and easy. Watch the recoil as it’s strong and can damage/scratch the wall of it goes back freely.

I bought these gates for my dogs. I have 2 clever puppies. And they will test a gate and find the flaws! These look good and are not bulky at all! They lock with a quarter turn of the knob and unlock by lifting the know and a quarter turn back. Very easy. Comes with a great cut sheet that you can tape to your wall and know EXACTLY where to place your screws. 8 screws (supplied) and your done! I don’t know if they are intended for outside but I have one on my deck to keep my buddies safe and in eye range and I have not had any issues at all. It’s gone through all 4 seasons (Live in the NorthEast) along the shore so you can’t ask for any worse conditions and they still work and look as good as new. I gently hit it with the ‘ol pressure washer and it looks good as new after a super nasty pollen season! I have no hesitation when I tell you to BUY BUY BUY!! Just come back and thank me later. Also you can see im a real life Buyer. The best bang for the buck here on Amazon for sure! I’m just mad how much money I wasted on crap gates before I found this one. And before you ask … My Corgies have tested the gate. They can’t sneak under or push through! But my lord did they try. They thought I bought another pushover chocho gate like the last time. My Bucky and Pepper have given up on trying to defeat these gates ! Plus these are just a few screws. So no major permanent damage to deal with when you feel it’s time for them to come down. Some gates are so overcomplicated and wreck your home installing or removing them. These gates have stood the test of time.

Best Purchase For Parents
We got this gate with my son started walking and it has been such a great thing to have! We can easily close off rooms of our house within seconds and it rolls up when not used, out of the way. It was very easy to install, it comes with a pilot hole guide and has very straightforward instructions. Just bought a second 3rd gate in black for our stairs!

Not for small dogs
The gate works as it would and install was easy, but I would not recommend for small dogs. The bottom is very loose and flimsy even when locked. Itâs very easy for a small dog to slip underneath.
