Favorite Baby Gate!
We have had multiple baby gates over the years with 3 kids. This is my absolute favorite one. The size, look and itâs super easy to use our 7 and 5 year old can do open and close it. Super sturdy as long as itâs locked or else itâs flimsy if a toddler is pushing on it trying to get through. We use it to keep our 18 month old from getting to our robot vacuum and starting it every chance it gets. And if we remember to lock the gates then it works perfectly! Have had for months and theyâve held up great. Love that you can just leave it open when guests are over and they donât have to hop over gates.

Great gate for my dogs. Wish I had gotten it sooner.
Bought this to replace wood and plastic pressure mounted gate a little over a week ago. Keeps my two 50+ lbs dogs in room at night. They used to bang on the old gate when they wanted up in the morning (sometimes 4-5am) but they donât bother banging on this one because it doesnât make noise. They are too big to try to go under but do see how a smaller dog could. One could probably jump it, she could jump the old gate too but rarely did. She hasnât tried jumping this one yet. She would also stand up with front paws on the old gate but didnât even try with this gate since it is so thin. I like that this gate blends in when not in use. Old gate would get leaned against the wall when not in use and knocked over all the time. Directions were fine but read them all the way through before starting install. I didnât and made a couple mistakes at first. Luckily they give you extra stickers templates so it all worked out. I was able to find studs behind drywall to fasten to on both sides and it seems very sturdy.

Looks great, works incredibly well, retraction is very powerful so be careful. Love it, highly recommend. Installation was pretty straightforward. Not difficult at all. Would buy again

Pet/baby gate
Great gate. Easy to install and great for keeping dogs confined to one area. Easy open and close, sturdy and made of quality material, minimal holes in the wall, strong enough to hold back my 80 pound dog, rolls up and comes off wall easily. Love that he can still see me while being kept away from company as they come in.

Minimal foot print looks and works good
I like that this has a minimal footprint and not a space ruining semi permanent gate. Seems to roll closed nicely. My only fear is the roller breaking/jamming as that is often what happens with things like this like those sliding door screens but so far so good. My son has given it a few good test pushes and pulls and keeps him off the stairs. We also wanted to put it on a wall that was not standard it from a corner to corner at an angle so the standard semi-permanent didnt work well.

Hard to install / not sure on durability
I got this gate for a 10lb yorkiepoo puppy and while there are some good features in the design, overall Iâm unimpressed so far and unsure if it will last at all.Pros: looks nice, retractable, kid can use it, locks, bottom moves up and down for installation so you can make it mount to various types of wall. AffordableCons: awful for me to install and Iâm relatively handy. It came with instructions but no directions for 90% of the pieces it came with. Tons of screws and anchors etc included but nothing telling you which ones you use for your situation etc. I ended up messing my wall up quite a bit before I got it up (Iâll have to patch later). Do not install super close to the door frame/edge bc thereâs often metal framework back there that makes it difficult. (Or in my case)Does not seem super durable or strong on the mesh part. My puppy already had her nose under the teensy inch at bottom also even tho it was locked and sitting directly on ground. I canât speak to its longevity bc Iâve only had up for a few days but i just canât imagine strong kids or dogs being contained with this at all.

I needed a gate for for a wider space to stop my large dogs from going down the stairs. This gate was shipped quick and was easily assembled. Itâs a thick material that you can see through and the gate has a locking feature which I really like. My dogs do not go near it or try to get through it. It has been an excellent purchase.

Solved a problem of a simple gate needed for deck stairs going down to a pool. Good piece of mind for kids and pet accidents. Nothing is 100% childproof or animal proof but this is a good deterrent.
