Perfect size
Everytime we would open our front door our dog would dart out and we had to chase her all over. We got this and put it around the outside of the front door and she canât take off! Opens for us to get in and out of and doesnât look trashy

Super Flimsy….but does it’s job.
The part of the gate that works as a door is extremely flimsy and feels like it could break at any moment, but for the cost and amount of time I need to use it, it will work.

Flimsy, Cheap, and not worth it
Yikes. Itâs made super cheap. Itâs incredibly flimsy and the first one I ordered had two screws that kept popping out at the hinge. I ordered a replacement and that one had a gate that wouldnât actually latch shut. I ended up returning the replacement because whatâs the point of the door if you cannot latch it? 0/2, I didnât want to try for lucky #3. Donât waste your money.

Good value for the price
The gate was little shorter than i thought I should have ordered the 4 panel and the latch for the gate is located to low. But it did do the job. Being metal the dogs will not chew on it and construction is good for price.

Exactly what I needed
Anyone who has both dogs and indoor-only cats, like I do, knows that sometimes the dogs get naughty and want to investigate the contents of the kitty’s litter box. I needed something to provide a barrier so my dog would not go after any “kitty nuggets”. This self-standing pet gate is practically perfect, as long as your dog is well-mannered enough not to just push it over. My dog won’t push past a visible barrier, so this has been exactly what I needed to protect the litter box that I placed at the end of a hallway. It’s tall enough to provide a barrier, but short enough that the cats can easily jump over it — and if my hands are full with a basket of laundry or anything else, I can carefully step over it. But it’s also easy to just move one section briefly and replace it after passing through. I love that it’s freestanding, which means I don’t have to mark up my walls with pressure-latches like other pet gates. The feet are wide enough and sturdy enough that it doesn’t easily tip over. All in all, an extremely useful and attractive addition to my home!
Pros and Cons –
Too Lightweight for our dog.
Product looks good. However it is too light and not sturdy enough to stop our dog (15 pounds) from knocking it over. Might work for smaller dogs. However we decided to keep it as it looks great in front of the fireplace. Another plus is that itâs all metal. No plastic parts.
