A must have!!!!!!
I got this for my kitten. We needed him to have an enclosed place to sleep without him coming and meowing by our door at night. This is perfect because it has a zipper so itâs closed and is very sturdy. Pay attention to the length of the poles as the first time I tried to build it I didnât lol

Top isnât sealed good
When the top is strapped down my puppy is able to make a gap by pulling downwards on the side and climbing thru the top. Even with top strapped down

Quick set up and sturdy
This playpen is a quick put-it-together; about 15 minutes and instructions are clear and concise. It feels pretty steady once assembled with an open or closed top and a see through door that can be rolled up or down and zippered. Iâm using this for my two mini schnauzers, ages three and four so chewing on inappropriate things is not a concern for me. One weighs 14 pounds and the other weighs 23 pounds to give you an idea about adequate space. Itâs a great size for them, and the panels are see through mesh. They are both rescue babies and one has major separation anxiety, and the other somewhat. When I have company over, I place them in a spare bedroom with baby-gated door. This keeps them from the company, but I can hear them whine, and they canât see me. I had so much anxiety over this, as I didnât want to perpetuate their separation anxiety. This playpen will solve this concern for everyone. After putting it together, we just ignored its presence all day as they looked at it, smelled it but never went in it. At bedtime, I threw some tasty treats in it and told them to go to bed (command for bedtime) but while pointing at the playpen and motioning what I wanted them to do; they stalled. With a little nudge, each one stepped in it, ate the treats and came right back out, as I left the door completely open. Then we went to bed. Iâll do the same thing tomorrow, and the next day, etc while they get used to it. Iâll throw some toys and treats in there periodically through the day and let them go in and out as they please. As they process getting accustomed to it, it will be a great alternative to being out of sight when company comes and also being appropriate to company (work in progress). It doesnât take up a lot of room, and I have a place to keep it and take it out when itâs needed, and we will all have less anxiety when we have visitors; win-win!
