Customers say
Customers find the collar helpful for training dogs. They find it easy to use with clear instructions and a simple remote control. The vibration level is also appreciated. However, some customers dislike the shock feature. There are mixed opinions on whether it works well, has good battery life, offers good value for money, and is the right size.

Updated review*
I appreciate the company reaching out quickly and with eagerness to help. But I haven’t contacted them as my initial concerns were no fault of theirs. It was my or my pups fault that 2 of the 3 collars slipped off within the first week. One was then chewed on, breaking a sensor hook (rendering it useless) and the other was lost. *We found the missing collar intact and still charged almost 2 weeks later.I admit the sensor hooks are thin, and if one breaks, it becomes useless. I don’t love that feature, but again, it’s not the product’s fault it was damaged by my pup.I also don’t love having to basically make your own collar, but it’s not the worst. I recommend using a regular, adjustable collar as a guide for how to weave the collar through and connect it all together. I used hot glue and a few stitches, so it’s secure. These are good collars, VERY good for the price. The light is actually one of my favorite features (both the green blinking and the flash light). They are bright and help to locate the pup and help ensure the collar is communicating with the remote. It’s also useful as another tool to redirect pup’s attention for training and/or recall. The battery life in exceptional. I charged them when first purchased a little over 2 weeks ago, and haven’t since. The remote still shows a full charge, but I’ll charge the collars again soon, just in case.I really like that these collars offer a wide range of power (0-99) vs. (0-16) like others. Dogs are very individual in their sensitives to stimulation. A wide range helps ensure a custom (and comfortable) way to find what’s best for your pet. *Features can be put on “zero”, so if you’re someone who doesn’t like the idea of “shock”, then you can basically disable that function (that’s a larger conversation I’m not going to get into here). These are very good. Please ensure they are fitted well to your pet and removed at least every 12 hours (removing overnight is perfect).

Great Product, Great Value, Excellent Customer Service
We purchased these collars several months ago for our 3 dogs. Collars work great and battery life is excellent. A great feature these have is light on collar activated by holding light button on remote that works well for night walks or finding dog in yard at night without making it beep. Some have written reviews that the shock or vibration is not immediate on first press. I personally see this as a feature. The reason it does not vibrate or shock on first press is it needs to allow the mode to cycle so you don’t provide shock while changing the mode. If you always double tap the button when intending to deliver shock or vibration then it is immediate and works well. The quality of the collar itself is strong and being able to manage 3 dogs from 1 remote is excellent. The prongs on the collar are rubber and soft and dogs don’t mind them at all. Levels of shock vibration are available from 0-99. Remote also has a light on it to help with night walks. All in all this is a great set of collars and amazing value. It has help up well over the last several months.

It isn’t my Favorite
This works good and is easy to use. However, it does NOT have a shut off button to protect the dog from getting accidentally shocked. (I put it on a different channel to prevent accidents). Also, it does not have a lanyard. It has a spot for one, but it does not have one like most other remotes I have ordered to. I do like the price however and the set does work very well.

Great product
Great product for low price! I have bought several dog shock collars due to the dogs tearing them up. So far this is my favorite. I like the flash light on the remote and when my dogs are outside at night I can see the lights on the collars very well. I don’t have to shock my dogs it’s pretty effective just using the beep. Easy to use collar was easy to adjust.

Edit several months later…. if 2 remotes are being used at the same time they control the opposite collars. So my remote controls my dad’s collars. He’s got the newer model and I have the older one. This could’ve been dangerous had I not caught on.Edit after a few months. 1 collar stopped working. I’ve charged it and made sure it was on but the remote won’t control it. :(I have 3 dogs so I got the 3 pack. The shock future definitely works I accidently zapped myself, lol. I’m not too sure it’s working as well on my dogs as it did on me. They seem more attentive/responsive to the vibrate future which is fine by me honestly. We’re about 36 hours in and they’re already making steady progress with training while using these. These are easy to set up. Simple to use. The remote is easy to understand aswell. We have 3 meduim sized dogs and the size is perfect. I have it double looped which is fine. I could cut it but I prefer not to. I like the caps on the prongs it seems more gentle than the typical bark/E collars that just have metal prongs. So far so good. I’m glad I invested in these.Update after aprox a week: we love them. We’ve had no issues with them activating in any way without us using the remote. The remote needs to be woke up before using so no accidental activations by pushing a button on accident. The huge variation of strength settings for vibrate and shock are incredibly helpful. With their being 3 modes it’s great to give a warning beep before taking further action and it seems to be enough for them. We’ve seen steady progress with training aswell.

Great Purchase
They work excellent. Just don’t crank it up. A little goes a long ways and these collars go up to 99. I have them all on 4 for shock and 10 for vibrate and I have large dogs.

Started out good but didn’t last. Only one is still working.
I really liked them to start with. They just didn’t last. Price was good but can’t repurchase every three months. If they were more reliable I would buy again, but can’t throw money away.

I live on 80 acres with five fur babies. Four are very young and are in the process of training. It is pitch black at night and wildlife is roaming around during the last call of emptying out for the night. I can see where they are as their collar has a blinking light. I have never had to use the shock button as they respond very well to the vibration mode. My female chihuahua used to take off causing me to yell, cry, and scream for her to come back. I thought she was going to be the hardest to train. I actually thought this was not going to work with her. I am so pleased that she learned in one day using the vibration mode to stay close to me. It works great on the two males as well. The device has all of the features I wanted. Vibration, shock, light, sound, and blinking collars. I do not have to use the shock button and would not anyway. I have a remote and three collars at a very fair price. One collar and remote can cost almost $100.00 and it would not work for my three fur babies. Prices at the pet shops are ridiculous. This is a great deal and even if you have one dog to train and do not need the other two collars this is well-worth it even for one dog. More than pleased with this purchase.

This has been great as a deterrent to teaching my dogs not to go after cane toads. I also left the remote in my pocket and put it through the washing machine today and itâs still working after a recharge. The beep and the vibrate function are all that Iâve needed to use for a couple of days and now I can say leave and they walk away from the area where the toads like to hang out.

I specifically ordered this for the vibration feature (not for the shock one). I tried the shock option on my self (on the thigh) at the lowest setting also I was a bit hesitant and did not like the un-comfortability so did not tried on my dog.The vibration feature is good though it does not gives a shock but makes the unit to vibrate which helped me in making my dog understand that he needs to sit/stay or come back if he is going too far.
