This beautiful white, solid wood dog gate is a great to restrict your small dog. I like that it is free standing with sturdy feet and it is so versatile. It can be used to block the large entrance to my great room, staircase, or as a playpen. It’s foldable for easy storage under furniture when not in use. The gate requires no assembly, simply unfolding for immediate use.

Update: After using for a couple weeks, it is definitely more of a barrier than anything. My dogs can nose their way around if they are really motivated(me being in the other side) Iâm still happy with it as they are supervised majority of the time and as a barrier it works to make them think before going down the hallway where the puppy is not allowed.I am very happy with this gate. Itâs perfect for my 60â archway as itâs more sturdy when it is accordion style. The feet give it more stability if you need to stretch it out. Time will tell if my older dog can nose his way out. Definitely puppy proof for my 6 lb Bichon. Very lightweight and the easy to assemble. Pull it out of the box and itâs ready to go. I would recommend this gate over the retractable mesh ones. I put holes in my walls for that one only to discover itâs a pain to get by. This one I can step right over. Good price too.

Works amazing to keep the little dog away!
My mom recently moved nearby and I watch her dog from time to time but I didn’t want to have a permanent gate fixed somewhere…so I searched freestanding gates and this one is perfect! It folds nicely and can be tucked away out of sight when not in use. It’s sturdy enough where the dog (15 lbs) cannot nudge it open. An added perk I never thought of before ordering, it makes a nice room divider when I want to run our robot vaccum in a certain area. Very happy with this gate!

Pawfect for medium pups
First of all, I don’t think this would work for bigger puppies. It won’t be sturdy enough if they try to lean on it. Our puppy is just 8.6 lbs and it’s perfect. I like that the gate came assembled (folded like an accordion) and that it’s wide enough for a 60″ opening. The wooden feet that came with it definitely adds stability. It also matches our walls so that’s a plus too.
