Heavy-Duty All-Metal Construction: This indoor/outdoor dog gate laughs at chewers and weather! The rust-proof coating survives poolside splashes and rainy yards, while 2.36″ bar spacing stops even determined puppies. Unlike wobbly plastic gates, our freestanding pet gate stays rooted on tiles/carpets with its 10lbs weighted base. Bonus: Dual swing doors let you pass through effortlessly – no climbing!
Rock-Solid Base, Zero Shake: Meet the “Guardian Base” – 30% wider & 50% heavier than standard models! The thickened iron core eliminates wobbling even when 50lbs dogs charge. Need to adjust width? Simply slide the expandable dog fence from 30″ to 80″ in seconds. Perfect as a dog fence outdoor for yard BBQ parties or indoor pet gate between kitchen and living room
Drill-Free Freedom Anywhere: This freestanding dog gate says NO to wall damage! Setup in 10 seconds: Unfold → Place → Done. Use as a stair blocker, hallway divider, or dog gate outdoor by pools. The 23.6″ step-over height lets adults pass smoothly, while keeping non-jumpers contained. Collapses to 5″ thick for RV trips or closet storage!
Instant Fold & Go Portability: Need clear pathways? Snap the folding gate flat instantly! The lightweight design (10lbs) lets you move it from garden to garage effortlessly. Stores vertically behind doors or under beds – ideal for renters! Still sturdy enough to block 80″ wide spaces for cats/dogs peace
Smart Barrier for All Scenarios: From Chihuahuas to Great Danes – this free standing pet gate adapts! Create recovery zones for post-surgery pets, shield Christmas decor from curious noses, or build L-shaped dog fence playpens (add units sold separately). 23.6″ height deters jumpers while allowing easy human access

Sturdy and Stylish Pet Gate
This freestanding dog gate is a great solution for keeping my small dog contained without drilling or mounting. The 23.6-inch height is perfect for small pets, and the expandable width up to 80 inches makes it versatile for different spaces. Itâs sturdy enough for calm pets but may not hold up against larger or more determined dogs. The design is sleek and blends well with home decor. Overall, a great option for indoor and light outdoor use!

Make sure it is assembled properly before trying to put the feet on!!
The fence is just what I need. Only problem was one side was upside down so I could only attach the feet on one side. Donât want to take the trouble to send back so Iâll just make do. Maybe I can figure out how to take that panel and turn it right side up!

Effective pet gate option
I recently purchased this freestanding dog gate and it has been a great solution for keeping my small dog contained. The height is perfect and I appreciate that it is free-standing and can be easily moved around the house. It was simple to set up and expand to fit my space. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the width could be a bit wider to provide more coverage.

Great dog gate
This dog gate works very well. I like that it is free standing and I don’t need to mount it to the wall. It is long enough to block a 6 foot plus opening and high enough to keep our puppies contained. You can even bend this around into a pen to keep your pups in a smaller area

Has Some Flaws
This fence is okay. First of all, unless your dog is a toy size, I wouldn’t consider using it as a pen. Second, there are lots of shape spots in the welding that need to be filed down. I cut myself while taking it out of the box. Third, the locking mechanism is trash. It’s a tiny piece of aluminum that bends easily, scratches easily and is very difficult to use. Lastly, my dog just pushed it out of the way. I ended up attaching one side to the stair rail with a bungie cord, but he figured out how to push the other side near the wall to get upstairs. The only advantage is that it stands up on its own very well so you can use it in awkward areas. I can get a wire dog pen that is the same height, double the length and has a solid locking mechanism for half the price.

Love the versatility, sturdy gate for our new pup!
This freestanding dog gate is nice. It’s perfect for keeping our new pup safe while still being easy to step over, at 23.6 inches in height. Itâs versatile and can be moved around easily, expanding up to 80 inches to fit our slider. We like that it can be used both indoors and outside, so easy to move around and sturdy.

Freestanding Dog Gate
I have two small dogs who take a little while to warm up to new people. I use gates like this one as an easy way to block access to areas when we have company or workers over to the house. My dogs do not jump on the gate, just seeing the physical barrier is enough to keep them on one side of the gate. This is a nice gate for my needs. It’s wide enough that I can even close of half a room to keep the dogs on one side and the people on the other. It’s easy enough to move to different locations. I’m not a fan of the pieces on the bottom that help stabilize it, but I can see how some people might appreciate that feature. I did try them out, but I just kept tripping over them and it made the gate harder to move around.
