Good quality leash
This is a good quality leash. I got it because my large breed puppy insists on chewing up leashes, even during walks. The funny part is she is scared to death of the chain. So are my other larger dogs and the only one not afraid is the small dog and it is just too heavy for her. I know it just takes some time for them to accept it. It is a good tool for persistent chewers.

Heavy chain does the job
Stylish and flashy, this is a great leash to take your pet out for a walk on the town! Be warned that the handle is not the most comfortable thing to hold and feels less secure than the chain itself by far.Thankfully I don’t have a pup that pulls very hard, but I could see that being an issue for someone else.

Saved us!
My 1 year old rescue Rottie one day started playing tug o war with his leash. At home, as we were training him with the leash on, he started destroying all of them as he just chewed away when we werenât looking. I went through 5 in a week that were advertised as being tough. They werenât tough enough! I googled how to get him to stop destroying his leashes and battling me during walks. He was 85 lbs at the time but very strong. I was losing! Got this leash and it cured his destruction overnight! Yay! Itâs heavy and unbreakable. I donât need it anymore but my son still likes to use it. It saved us!

I bought this for my 20 pound dog, thinking the length, and the chain would be helpful for him to not chew through his leash, but instead, heâs traumatized because of the noise, it makes when it touches the ground lol! This product is definitely made for big dogs, good quality, though!

If you have two dogs & one chews the other’s leash, this is the way to go
Will stop one dog from chewing on other’s leash. Only disadvantage is if you use a dog stroller, the metal leashes tend to get stuck around the wheel axles but still worth the aggravation.

Eh so so
The chain leash itself works great for my chomper puppy that chews through everything. However my issue is the handle is partially covered with leather and made with that normal fabricy material that most leashes are made of. As you can see my puppy got a hold of the handle and played tug of war with it. She managed to get the leather off in no time and then shredded the rest.Not sure what might be a better option, but surely something a bit more durable.We have both the 4ft length (in black) and this 6ft one in blue, she’s only torn up the blue one oddly enough. Maybe she’s trying to tell us that is not her favorite color!! ð¤£
