Great gate
I really like this gate! We have one that anchors to the wall that we use to confine the pups to the hallway area while we are gone, but recently we realized that our mean, yet adorable little monster has been bullying our other sweet pup while we were gone, so we wanted another gate to put in between them so they were separated during the day. This gate has been a lifesaver and works like a charm!Pros:- Itâs light weight so itâs easy to move around/you can move it out of the way easily when you need to get around it- looks really nice- Made well/seems really sturdy- Shipping was very fast, and the gate came packaged nicely and Undamaged- Really great value. I really didnât want to spend an arm and a leg on a gate, which was my main motivator in purchasing this one and I am so glad I did!Cons:- It’s lightweight and doesnât anchor to the wall in any way, so even my 15 lb dog can push it open when she jumps on it, but she either hasn’t figured that out yet, or she hasn’t tried. This isnât the gateâs fault though, and I completely knew what I was getting when I purchased it! (So really this isnât a âconâ)Overall I am so happy with my decision to purchase this gate and would absolutely recommend it!

Good combination of function and form
This gate was exactly what I was looking for, function and form. It was packaged securely, so no damage. It measures to spec, so it fits as planned. It is solid wood with a nice finish, so it doesnât detract from the room as much as other gates would. Although heavier than expected, I suppose that helps keep the pups in place. The hinges let me open and close an end panel like a door to pass through. And so far the plastic (rubber?) feet do not scratch the floor. Overall, Iâm pleased with my choice.

Beautifully made wooden gate
This is perfect for keeping the new rescue Shih Tzu from getting the cats’ food! Easy to swing open for me to walk through and the cats can jump over. Easy to move to another location in the house. Perfect weight. Good company!

This does and looks exactly like what the add shows and says. No assembley and is a high quality fence. I think it could be a little cheaper but that is the extent of my complaining as it is a very sturdy and nice looking dog gate. Also each rail is as close together as needed to prevent the smallest of small dogs behind it. I highly recommend this if you want to block your dog or small child from getting to a certain location.

I have an older dog with poor eyesight that likes to make a beeline for the basement stairs. I got tired of using furniture to block of the stairs, but I wanted to get a gate that wasnât an eyesore and fit in with my decor.So, I purchased this. Mission accomplished. The quality of the gate is high, and it blends in with the furniture nicely.It gets out of the way easily when you need it to and can be folded and put away quickly.On the downside, it does topple fairly easily if you arenât careful with it. It would have been nice if they put wider feet on it to make it balance better. On that topic, non scratch pads on the bottom would have been nice. If you arenât careful opening and closing it, you might scratch hardwood floors. Felt pads can help.I donât recommend using this for children. You can rest it against a doorframe to prevent it from being pushed, but an adventurous child would probably also pull on it and it would topple on them. This isnât a knock against the product. Itâs sold as a dog gate. Just food for thought if you are looking for something thatâs good for dogs and kids.Also, the rings are close enough together that a cat would have difficult getting through them. Good news if you want it to also block off access for your cat, bad news if this gate stands between your cat and itâs litter box and it doesnât feel comfortable jumping over it if thereâs no safe landing zone on the other side.

This gate is amazing, very sturdy. My yorkies have not been able to push it open 🙂 the color was perfect for my staircase! I have bought other ones from wayfair for 3x the price, hands down not only an amazing price amazing quality !!

Very substantial gate. Can be used for anything not just pets and children. I have it in my kitchen to semi divide a part of it to create a dining area. Worth the money..
