Great fit and great customer service
This collar is a great fit. It is well made with durable materials. The color is just as described. The reflective stitching is bright at night. The back side of the collar feels padded for extra comfort for my dog. The name plate is well made and came just how I requested. It also is tight on the collar and does not appear it can be removed easily. Though it can be removed if needed, it would take some work to get it back in place. When the collars showed up, I had an issue. When I measured my dogâs necks, I did not account for the name plate. The name plate was in the way of where the buckle needed to be tightened for them to properly fit my dogs. I reached out to the seller and was immediately sent smaller sizes at no charge. They were very prompt and professional and easy to talk to. Upon receiving the smaller sizes, my dogs have both worn these and they have been holding up great. I have already recommended these collars to others but I will also be buying again if needed.

Engraving doesn’t fade!
I bought these collars for all three of my dogs and they are amazing! First, they are great quality. They are a little stiff at first, but soften up quickly. They also have some reflective tape woven in which is great if its getting dark out. The extra small size has a smaller nameplate which works well for my tiny dog and the small has a slightly larger one. I purchased one a year ago and have had the two others for about 6 months. While there are slight scratches on the name plates, the information is completely visible and looks great. I have spent a lot of money on collars over the years, and while this are pretty simple, they are the best I’ve found!

I am 101% satisfied with my purchase of the Joytail Dog collar! This is a top notch product. If you are like me, and want nothing but the best for your fur baby, you are going to love this product! This is not your ordinary dog collar. You will immediately notice that it is built with attention to detail. It is constructed using heavy duty material. The inside of the collar that comes into control with your pets skin is soft padded material for added comfort. It’s a rugged collar that may just be the last one you have to purchase. The reflective material makes your companion easy to locate at night and in low light conditions. The color options are varied and bright. My dog kept losing his ID tags because of weak links. The ID tags on these collars is low profile, yet easy to read and I don’t have to worry about replacing them constantly. An excellent price makes it a no-brainer! My pooch doesn’t like his picture taken; that’s why he’s got the weird look! ð

Great product for your pup!
Very good quality, appears to be a very durable product. Lining inside prevents fur from being pulled for dogâs comfort. Very nice appearance, good reflective stitching, great ease of use (size adjustment). Size of collar and name plate are excellent. Highly recommend.

Before you order, know this
Overall, this is a good product with 1 important caveat: If ANY of the last 3 lines have close to 20 characters, ALL of those lines will have very small print.My initial order had phone numbers in lines 2 & 3 (12 characters with dashes) and a 20 character address in line 4. All of those lines were printed in the same tiny, compressed font which was very hard to read â even hard for a stranger trying to read it on a dog excited to be making a new friend. The seller was very helpful resolving the issue. It was very readable after changing the address line with âCall or Textâ (12 characters).Also, the tag is much shinier than shown and completely flat so the reflections make it even harder to see and the collar is too stiff to conform to the neck of a smaller dog. You can address both issues by bending it into a gentle curve, but be careful not push on the weak points near the slots at ends of the plateOtherwise, the collar seems reasonably well made. The ID plate is far enough away from the D ring to avoid getting scratched by any other tags attached to it. The reflective accents are nice but limited to a pair of threads that run the length of the collar.Itâs too soon to judge durability, and Iâm not sure if the neoprene lining makes it more comfortable around a furry dogâs neck or if it will just be a soggy, sandy mess after going to the beach. At this price point, Iâm not too worried about replacing it in the future.

Soft and flexible!
This is a very nice collar! This is the second one Iâve purchased, and is one of the best Iâve had.The engraved ID plate that is securely attached to it is well-done and clear to read. Most of the inside of the collar is padded, and there are no stiff plastic threads that come in contact with my dogâs skin. The plastic closure is strong and secure.The collar also has reflective threading.Iâm planning on ordering another as a spare.
