   Very good quality
   It was a perfect fit for our sliding glass door insert from Pet Safe. Our old one was torn to hell and back I wish I found this sooner. Only complaint is that the holes need to be smaller. It kept coming off the screws and we had to use some washers to secure it in place.

   Fit and cost
   Replaced a Petco flap that was rotted. Perfect fit and the price was right. It is on a west facing door so time will tell. Was easy to install and fit right no tweaking needed.

   Perfect fit, good quality
   I was worried I would have problems installing it since my old flap had a broken mounting bracket and was missing the middle screw. But this flap fit perfectly and was easy to install. Very happy with performance thus far, it’s been in place for a couple months. Seals completely around the opening and closes firm. Great door flap!

   Didn’t last
   This was a perfect fit and seemed to do well for a while. It’s only lasted about a year though and is now tearing and coming off at the bolts on top. One side is now disconnected and drops.

   Don’t buy this, the info is incorrect and deceptive: not a replacement!
   Not an actually replacement, no new screws are sent, then the flap, when replaced with the previous screws, simply pops off when Fido comes through; the holes for hanging the flap are just slightly larger than the original flap, so the head of the screw just allows the flap to pop off.Extremely aggravating, especiallyWhen you tackle this just before company is coming and don’t have time to rush to the hardware store and try to find the right size screw with the right size headIt looks like there is no return path on your site for this item…it has sat unopened for a couple of months until I got time and energy to tackle it. If it hasn’t been opened or used, I would like the option of a return.

   This flap fits the Balboni dog door exactly. It is more flexible, better quality and seals better than the original. The bottom of this flap is straight to match the magnet strip on the door.

    Identique à l’original.Je ne l’ai pas acheté comme pièce de remplacement mais pour doubler le volet d’origine, en effet, à l’emplacement de la chatière, par fort vent le volet s’ouvrait tout seul.J’ai donc posé celui-ci de l’autre côté de la chatière.Aucun problème de fonctionnement, mon chien n’a peut-être pas même fait la différence. La trappe maintenant doublée ne s’ouvre plus par fort vent et étant doublée j’ai en bonus une meilleure isolation.

    Does the job perfectly
