Very soft Highly Recommend as Post-Surgical Suit for Dogs
The material is a very lightweight soft fleece and the design was adorable. It was so easy to put on her. We used it after our baby was spayed. It covers the dog’s abdomen completely and has circle of padded fabric over where her incision was. She is strapped into it by Velcro and a zipper, but her necessaries for elimination are left open and, unlike another one I had gotten, they are not so small that she eliminates on them. We were able to keep this on her for a few days, only taking it off to switch it with another while we washed it. I have kept it in case she needs surgery in the future but I highly recommend it as a post-surgical solution.

    Lifesaver!!!
My dog is between a large and a medium and I ordered both. I would say size down bc it’s stretchy and comfortable fabric so it’s not too tight. Also as your dog wears it throughout the day the back part stretches a bit for a better fit but if you sized too big it will be droopy and your dog could get urine or feces on it. Overall GREAT product. Easy to put on. Super functional with great mobility and made it so my dog could go about her usual day with the peace of mind that she wouldn’t be able to access her incision. ALSO has good Velcro strength and durability. Didn’t rip or wear. Could not recommend this product more 10/10

    Worked great for us!
I got a few recovery suits for this girl for after her spay and here’s my review on day 10.Had to take some screenshots from a video, because she’s crazy. The suit isn’t buckled correctly in them since I Velcro’d them on the sides for when she was outside going potty, then would re-Velcro when it was time to come in.Tilly is 11lbs and has a longer torso, she’s considered a toy size Australian shepherd. She’s wearing the size small and it was the perfect fit for her.The Velcro worked great and being able to zip it all the way off was such a nice feature that wasn’t on the other two I purchased. The only thing I didn’t like was the waist Velcro. They added it to help keep the suit from sliding down, but it’s attached too far down the suit, so could irritate the belly. I just opted to keep them barely attached, but those either need sewn higher on the suit or not included at all.Otherwise out of the ones I got, this one has thicker fabric and in general seemed well constructed. We didn’t have any problems with it irritating her belly and she never seemed bothered wearing it either.I’d definitely recommend this one. If your dog is in between sizes, order up to make sure it isn’t tight on their bellies when they move around in it.

    Pawsome Postop Garment
This product is by far the most attractive, practical, utilitarian, postop garment ever! As a seasoned, veteran nurse with a most critical and discerning eye, I must comment that I was remarkably impressed with the sheer simplicity of this product’s design and the effortlessness in applying, as well as my beloved baby’s ultimate comfort wearing the garment, and the convenience of its style lending to easily avoid any subsequent bowel/bladder accidents, while effectively eliminating the need for that godawful “cone of shame” I pawsitively abhor! So please do yourself and your own baby a HUGE favor, and don’t hesitate to spring for this small ‘investment’ that I guarantee will only make both your lives much easier! ★★★★★★★★★★

    Great for Post Spay Surgery!
My girl just got spayed a couple days ago and before her appointment I decided to get her this surgery suit so that she wouldn’t have to keep the cone on 24/7. She’s about 12 lbs. and she’s a Pomeranian, we got her a size small and it fits perfectly, I don’t tighten the back all the way because I want her to be comfortable and not have too much pressure near her stitches, it’s been amazing so far, she hasn’t been able to get to the wound and she hasn’t attempted to rip it or touch the suit at all so I’m guessing it’s comfortable but she’s also used to wearing clothing! It was definitely one of the cheaper choices we found which makes it all around a better choice in my opinion since she’s most likely not going to use it again once she’s fully healed. I would definitely recommend getting this if you’re looking for a more affordable but still comfortable and well made surgical suit for recovery purposes 💜

Mixed feelings after pup took it off THREE TIMES😭
It is easy to put on, it’s light, soft, cute and the straps are adjustable, but my pup managed to take it off 3x already 😅 and yes I did get the right size for her as large was too big and small was too small. I know that her slipping out of it is not really “their problem,” but it suck’s because I really did like how the soft the fabric was and it wasn’t super tight or loose since my pup cause move around freely. Although I had to take off the straps from the back and tuck them in the middle one so she can pee without getting it wet since it was covering it. And the cone was not gonna work for her because she also that off, multiple times. I think I might have to buy the inflatable cone and test that out😭First photo was after her surgery and the other two was three days after, that’s her guilty face because I woke up to her without it and she chewed it too😒 I’ll have to find something else so that I don’t stress about it 😭

    Worked great
My yorkie is 7lb 3oz. I ordered The extra small and the small. The extra small was too tight in the length. She’s 12 inches long. The small is significantly larger so she has a lot of extra room, but at the same time it fits her fine. It covers her wound site and she hasn’t even tried to lick it at all. When I take her outside, I just undo the backstraps and tuck them under the waistband. The Velcro is very strong. So by tucking it in, I don’t have to pull on it when we come back inside I just pull them out and pop them back on! I have washed it several times and it looks great. This picture is after she has worn it for four days. I would recommend it.
