Great product…follow directions for installing wheels
Was very excited about this pet carrier. It checked all the boxes that I was looking for. Unfortunately one of the front wheels falls off every time I roll it. The back wheels fit securely into their socket, the front ones are loose and fall off whenever I turned the carrier. I would love to be able to replace just the wheels because the rest of the carrier is a winner!I am editing my review to 5 stars! I realized that there is a certain way to install the wheels. I had a 50/50 shot and I got it wrong! LOL! Make sure the tab is towards the inside of the carrier. Once I did, the wheels clicked in tight and I was able to roll away! Great carrier and excited to use it!

Honestly this was a lifesaver for me. I fly and travel a lot. I just moved again and I had to take my little Yorkie with me (of course) and this bag is so easy to put together. Wheeling her around kept my hands free from having to carry her bag. The wheels come off, thereâs flaps on both sides that go up and down, the handle extends, thereâs a pocket for food and treats, it just a great product!! My dog loves it too, she hops right in the bag and gets excited to travel!

Works, but has major flaws
I use this bag for traveling with my dog since sheâs gotten a bit too heavy to carry on my shoulder, but the velcro wheels are hard to attach and detach (it wonât fit under most plane seats with the wheels on) and I find that the bag tips over frequently because the handle is too fragile. I also frequently have troubles with getting the handle to pull out and retract correctly. Iâve had to have folks assist me on the plane which is mildly embarrassing. 3/5 stars for those design flaws.

I would really like to give this carrier a great review but I cannot, due to the fact that this company does not have the wheel connections perfected! Two wheels fell off just as we got to check in! Brand new carrier this should not have happened and as a result my husband had to carry the cats in their carrier around the airport until we boarded! I purchased this carrier as I was bringing two new kittens back to Vermont from Florida! I was counting on this carrier to do it’s job and it failed! Very disappointed with this carrier! Cannot recommend! We actually had to throw the roller part in the trash at security! Don’t take a chance if you need a wheeling carrier!!
