Absolutely the best line made!
We have a 100lb Chesapeake Bay Retriever and this cable is a lifesaver! Our boy Rooster has tried and tried many times to chew through the line. It may get bent a little but it never breaks the line. Very Well made! Lockability, functionality and size are what we were looking for.

Good quality
Perfect length and weight of cable for my 12 pound dog

Best one out there!
I go through cables like these every few years (normal wear – I have a Husky and a gravel driveway), and bought these my last go around. These have proven to be the best as to the red molded cable end guards. Most others have ‘kinda’ shrinked plastic guards that rapidly comes loose and does nothing to protect. The ones I just replaced was from the clip hardware aging and not trustworthy, as said, this is normal for all cables, but the red molded ends, though faded from age, are still tight and secure.

Almost perfect
I purchased this one year ago this month and it has been almost perfect and the best tie out I have tried. My 75lb German Shepherd loves the squirrels in the yard, who constantly harass her when she is outside, and will run full speed to the end of the line at least a couple of times before she notices there is an end of the line. This is a powerful dog and has easily snapped lesser tie outs. The only problem I have had is with the plastic that surrounds the cable and even that has been minor. Because she tangled the line around something one day, the cable bent sharply and rubbed against the object. The plastic broke where it rubbed, causing the cable to fray. This was months ago, and the cable is still solid, but is starting to fray a little more. With a less powerful dog, I would probably wrap it with tape and not be worried, but I will get another one of these to be safe. The cable is thick and not easily kinked. The clasp and hardware has been rock solid.

The Best
We have a small dog, but this heavy-duty lead outperforms all the others we have tried. No kinks. Long lasting. Excellent performance. Would highly recommend for any dog breed or size.

Cable breaks
I used this for less than a year. Both ends snapped where the cable meets the plastic cover.

30ft dog tether
This is a very great product. We have a one-year-old dog that wants to dig out of the backyard, this has a 30 foot long tether, our dog can be outside and have room to roam around without us standing there, itâs a very good quality she cannot chew through it, itâs true resistance it locks along with her collar she canât get out of it, and it keeps her safe in the yard. The size is 30 fit and itâs very comfortable and it does not get nodded up, she loves it

Broke first use
I have a medium sized dog, that was within the weight range, however he is very strong. I went with the weight range, however it broke the first time I used it. He was tied up and took off chasing a squirrel, once he reached the end the metal clip broke in half. I think it would work well if I had gotten one recommended for a larger dog. This is a lightweight chain, so it wonât weigh down the dog. Otherwise itâs great, the metal backs inside is protect with plastic so wonât rust, easy to use.
Great View –
Product was as advertised. Used to restrain our 20 lb young dog.
Titus –
Works really well but I should have ordered a much longer tether.
Lynn Feagan –
It is a good leed. Nice and light and easy and does not tangle badly.
CAS –
Great length choice, this tie-out cable is thin and durable; also, it’s tangle-free (definitely, buy again).

I bought this for my Rottweiler when I leave him in my backyard for him to run around. He chewed off my last leash which was made out of string material. My big boy is 120lbs and no matter how hard he tried to pull, itâll withstand his force. I recommend this product if you have a large guard dog breed.
