  1. LAZ

Nice product, not a fit for us
This didn’t work so great for our dog because it’s just so bulky and drag out put out in front of the car. Feels like it’s scratches everything it’s a great product. It just doesn’t fit for our need. I’d highly recommend the one thing is our dog will go up. She’s a picky German

  2. Skylar

Over priced and not worth it
The hinges are cheap and broke after the first use. The bar used the prop it up also will swing in both directions. It’s extremely bulky and hard to store.

  3. Ry

    Durable for a little while
Our dog was needing more help getting into the car and these work perfectly. This is for the side door on a sedan car or SUV. They didn’t last long. Our dog is well under the weight limit. The little plastic hooks that jack up the lift are flimsy and snapped and broke. Fortunately we can still prop it up like a ramp and brace it to use it.

  4. Snake Plissken

Gigantic, expensive and arrived with use
I have been trying many stairs bc I don’t have my dog go into the back cargo, always the back seat.I have had a really hard time trying to find something suitable. Everything is just so wide and won’t fit my crosstreks rear passenger door. This sort of fit, was still a little wide. They take up so much room I barely had any space in the cargo hold. They are also insanely expensive, more than double what other stairs are. When I got them, the bottom part by the logo was all scuffed up, like it looked like someone tried them, said no and put it back in the box. That’s OK- and I would have gotten them used but they were just as expensive as new. So I opted for new. I was not expecting to receive a slightly damaged and seemingly used product- maybe for $45 I’ll accept this and move on but not for over $200.The positive is that they’re rounded steps, and there’s good traction. I have been training my dog to use these and he took to it pretty quickly, much faster than teaching him to use a ramp, or a steeper set of stairs. If you have a large SUV like a Denali, Escalade, Navigator etc- this will work for you. For my smaller cross over SUV, not so much. The hunt continues for steps that fit a rear seat for a small SUV. If you’re like me and have been looking for a ramp or stairs bc your car or SUV is just a smidge too high for your senior doggo, look elsewhere. Unfortunately this isn’t it.

  5. Robert

    Works great
The middle setting is perfect for our little dogs to get up to the back seat of the car. One dog caught on immediately, the other followed his lead. No more stumbling in or out of the car! We’ll made, folds easily.

  6. Patrica A Colucci

    Broke after ten uses
This device did not hold up to its evaluation of its stability and build. After only using this product about ten times, the top portion, the steps, broke off of the bottom piece and fell apart. There are plastic hook pieces that wrap around metal set rods which allows the device to open and close. The plastic hooks just broke off and can’t be fixed. Therefore, the steps are useless to me now. Very disappointed in this product. I liked the product and discarded the original box. The company will not take back a product if it is not in its original packaging nor anything purchased after 45 days of your purchase date. They also do not pay for shipping to send the item back. So I am out 160$ for a ten time use of this product.

  7. Michael S. Gardner

    Too big Not Sturdy
I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it doesn’t fit at only of the doors. Tried it on a Jeep Wagoneer, same problem. Doesn’t fit the rear hatchback on both, not a good fit. Not sturdy the higher you raise it.

  8. StuNJ

Works well took my dog a few times to get used to it
Product is a bit pricey but works well

  9. Steve Parker

Just as advertised. Works great as a side door steps for our dog Gamay.

  10. Martin jones

Very sturdy although bulky to store in the car this ramp works for my 85lb pitbull for the back seat of my Acura rdxShe has no problems using the rampI have tried countless other brands and they wobble or collapseIf you have the time and patience to drag this in and out of the car then it’s a winnerHighly recommend
