I typically don’t go for colars that have plastic buckles but this has a beefy 1″ buckle and my dog is well trained so he doesn’t get too excited.It has a strong webbing and d ring with a nice plaid pattern on top and a small reflective logo for night time safety.We’ve received a number of compliments on the attractive colar and how it adds to my schnauzer’s distinguished look.

A beautiful new collar for our fur baby Molly, who is five years old. We bought her first collar and although the clasp is still extremely sturdy, she needed a fresh one as the fabric was wearing , and we bought this new lovely one with a matching leash.We are in fact, extremely grateful this collar is so well-made because one winter three years ago, Molly, faster than you can imagine ,stepped off a sidewalk onto a frozen canal , but the ice cracked and she went through, my husband quickly pulled her out with her leash, and the collar clasp held, thank goodness.
