Arrived on time and exactly like the picture. Good quality, thick, durable and did NOT have a chemical smell. I have a French bulldog and he is very comfortable and calm in it. Most likely due to the ample space. Simple and elegant furniture piece as described. 1 MAJOR ISSUE – one of the long pieces that is the foundation of each screwable piece; had half drilled hole so I could only secure 1 side. I thought it would make the entire thing wobbly and not secure enough but once it was all connected and tightened it does not budge and is very sturdy for now.

Damaged Shintenchi Wooden Dog Crate Tray
I’m very disappointed with the damage to the tray inside the crate. It’s a pain in the neck to return and there appears to be no way to get a replacement tray. I wanted a 2nd crate but I changed my mind as a result of this unfortunate outcome.

Pretty wood flimsy gates
I love the wood the size, but all the wire material is junk flimsy it’s just very very disappointing for as much as you pay for this thing. Save your money. Find something made with better material.

Looks great
This piece fits in with our bedroom decor and allows the little dog create her own space and allows us to have a useful table top. The one item I would recommend to fix is the locking mechanism, it just doesnât work well. And you have to make sure it is specifically facing the opposite way than you would think or it gapes open.
