Great quality!
Great leash! Very durable. I always disliked clip and donât quite trust it if the German Shepherd lunges at anything but he is a good boy and I donât think he would pull that hard. I got it for my sheep and it has worked great. The extra handle gives me extra security.

Safety clip
This leash has been a lifesaver for me and my dog in the sense that the security clip is sturdy and will stay in place. Once locked, it does not move or come down/unscrew. You manually have to lock and unlock it, which is good.I have a 75lb collie mix, who at times can be reactive with other dogs when we go on walks. Often, she would pull, and I would always worry that the clip on previous dog leashes will break/come apart. Not with this one! The moment it is locked in place, it stays. I absolutely love it and I am more at peace now knowing I donât have to be worried if she tugs, yanks, or pulls, and her leash possibly detaching.The leash itself is sturdy and durable as well, with reflective straps on the leash. Overall, worth it if you have a dog who frequently pulls or unexpectedly pulls and tugs. This leash will give you peace of mind in security of your dog on the leash.

great security for your pooch
I was looking for a double handle leash with a secure clasp for my bull dog and I came upon this leash which has a twist locking clip. There is no way for this to unfasten from the collar. It also has a reflective material to keep all safe when walking at night time. I highly recommend this leash for everyday use.And to top if off it’s warrantied from a Reliable company.

Excellent leash, Carabiner may fail though
After seven months of use, I’m finally comfortable reviewing this product.This leash is amazing for either keeping my black lab right at my side with the closer loop or letting her roam around with the end loop. The loops aren’t adjustable, so your mileage may vary depending on the height of your dog and the length of your arms. Works perfect for me and my current dog, but I wouldn’t be able to use the lower loop very easily if I had a small or medium size dog.There is some mild fraying in the fabric edges, but none of the seams have been compromised. Excellent quality on the stitching despite my dog loving to keep the leash at max tensionThe biggest problem I’ve found is with the Carabiner- the threads have either worn out or broken and the thumb screw doesn’t like to slide back down very easily to unscrew it. This may have been corrected in newer models though, judging from the pictures that are now on the page, but I’m not sure. If it has, I would 100% recommend this leash to anyone as that’s my only real issue so far.

Twitch latch broke and does not secure. Not great for two months of use.

Good when it doesn’t break
Had to go through two of these leashes before the warranty was void in less than a year. First leash lasted several months, the replacement lasted less than 3 months.The point of failure is the metal used in the clasp that attaches to the collar. My 45 lb dog is able to run around and snap the little clasp with ease. Both leashes broke at the same piece, which is the little gated piece that is spring loaded. The metal is very brittle and just snaps off.When I sent a message to the manufacturer the first time, they warrantied the product immediately. The second time, just a few months after, after they stated that it was already warrantied once before and no longer eligible.Avoid this scenario, and definitely avoid a situation where your dog can unexpectedly break free.Otherwise, the lead itself is very durable. I’ll try and see if I can replace the clasp myself and salvage the lead, as the lead is nice. Just a shame the failure point is the metal hardware.

Great leash
I bought this for the locking device. I’ve had problems with the normal leash clips in that they sometimes get crimped on my dog’s collar ring and pop off which leads to my dog sprinting away (Yeah yeah, we’re working on better recall but it’s a process).This leash solves that problem. I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s never inadvertently come undone and it’s still easy to clip and unclip to my dog’s collar. The extra hand loop on the leash is a nice addition as well.

Sturdy & strong
Love this leash. Itâs very sturdy and so far my pup hasnât been able to chew any frays into it. The second handle is perfect when walking by people, dogs, an other distractions. Been really great to help with our training on walks – gives her a little freedom to sniff and wander, gives me a little more control when someone gets a little chippy & wants to bolt around like a lunatic.
