Seems sturdy
I like the halter but the sizing is off. Here online it says a small is 16-20 at chest but product packaging says small is 17-22. So itâs a little loose for my dachshund. Heâs still growing so l am keeping it.

This was the fifth harness I tried for my three legged dog. Missing a front leg it was difficult finding a secure harness. This one fits the bill. Looks great, solid construction, secure against pulling and adjustable.

We like the Voyager step-in harnesses better
We ordered a dual attachment harness to help with pulling (possibly). I read that it works for some people/dogs to mitigate the pulling by using a front connection on a harness while training not to pull. So we measured our pup’s chest girth at 17.5″ and ordered the one that fit 16-20″. The quality is great and the fit seemed secure and comfy, but we had a problem with the straps during our walk. In order for the harness to fit our pup (Boston Terrier, 14 lbs, 9 mo old), I had to tightened the front straps to the point where it barely fits over her big Bostie head, so it’s not an easy on/off harness. Despite this, we got suited up, checked the fit was snug, and we were good to go for our regular morning walk. After 10 minutes, we noticed the harness was sagging a little sideways on her. After 25 minutes, the front straps had loosened so much that she wiggled a front leg up into the chest portion. So now we’re on the side of a street, hubs holding the dog, while I fiddle with making the straps tighter again. Not ideal. We didn’t even try the front lead, it was the first walk in a different harness after all. I think we’ll stick to the step-in Voyager harnesses (which we love!), treats, and being a “tree” to fix pulling (it’s working slowly). I had hoped the front lead would help in addition to speed up training, but we weren’t happy about the inaugural performance of the straps. It’s the darnedest thing too because I thought the straps were pretty tough to adjust and thought they’d stay in place no question. I asked for a return but now I can’t find the tags, so we’ll either keep it and try it again and/or donate it. If we try it and it works better for us in the future (it could be user error but it fit snug when we left the house) I’ll update my review.

great harness
Bought a harness because several dog breeds have problems with their esophagus and a collar can damage a dogs larynx and cause an early death by choking and suffocationI have bought several of these for friends who like them as well as their pets.

Love VOYAGER harnesses brand for comfort, aesthetics , fit, strength, and safety reliability. Itâs the only brand our Frenchie has ever worn since a puppy. Heâs now 2 and I have been waiting for Voyager to make the no pull front D ring harness.This no pull harness is Very well made and fully adjustable it fits perfectly we got the medium for our 27lb. pulling Frenchie.To our amazement he is no longer a puller, yes after his first walk with his new harness he is walking perfectly. He was a bit hesitant at first and confused but quickly got the hang of it and was trotting down the street no longer pulling and dragging us behind him.Extremely happy with this purchase as being dragged on walks was so un enjoyable and more importantly not good for our Frenchies back health either.This has totally solved his pulling and walks are now a total joy.

Purchased this for my king Charles cavalier spaniel puppy. Just waiting for his 2nd vaccination to be able to walk him outside. Have tried it on him and with all the adjustments have got a nice snug fit. It is softly cushioned on the inside making it comfortable to wear.
